The location is great. Next to many eateries. Less than 5 minutes walk to the Metro Station opposite. The garden landscape is really superb and cosy room. Highly recommended

Have a quite good experience in this hotel, the hotel vibe is quite authentic. The location is really very good, convenient as well, there are many stores around the hotel. One thing that I wanted to compliment this hotel is that, I bought a powerbank via meituan, however, when the powerbank arrived I was not in the hotel, so the delivery guy help me to put at the delivery area. When I was back to hotel, I can’t find my parcel, so I check with the front desk staff. They actually help me to put in their front desk drawer as they scared it will be missing. This action let me feel that my personal belonging is being take care even is not their responsibility to do so.

Very good location. Spacious room. Newly refurbished. Modern amenities.

A modern and clean hotel! It was about a 5-min walk away from Lindun Rd station and located very near to Guanqian shopping street! Also a 20-plus minute walk away to the Humble Administrator's Garden. The room itself was clean and spacious. Although the hotel was undergoing renovation, it did not bother me as I was out and about for most of the day anyway. It was also nice to enjoy the chinese tea they provided in the room :) all amenities I required (e.g. shampoo, hairdryer etc) was also provided. All in all, a good stay and I will definitely consider staying again if I visit Suzhou in future.

The hotel has very good vibes

We love this hotel so much, the Chinese design interior and room are so comforting. Since we brought two large luggage, front desk staff upgrade our room to ground floor and gave us fruits as welcome gifts. Overall Super good service and good breakfast. I love their free laundry too.definitely Will come back if we visit suzhou again.

The location is good for covering both Guanqianjie and Pingjiang Lu. For now, there are some roads blocking the main entrance due to MRT construction, on foot is definitely no issue. Hotel service staffs are very friendly and helpful. They even provide complimentary laundry. Beds and pillows are comfortable. I just loved their Longji tea room refresher. Beautiful garden. Free flow of coffee from lobby. 👍👍👍👍👍

Suzhou is a beautiful place. Booking the Four Seasons Hotel Guanqian Street is the right choice. It is very close to the pedestrian street and attractions. The hotel environment has the style of Suzhou. I have to mention that the front desk clerks are warm and considerate to the guests, thinking about what the guests think and helping them with what they need. The rooms are clean and tidy, cleaned in time, and the breakfast is rich and varied, making guests feel at home.
