Good location but a bit small and cleanliness 5/10

Old hotel.. in old quarter . Convenient location

Service OK, nice entertainment. Temporary hygiene, needs to change for the better

The hotel isn't big, but it's cozy and clean. The surroundings are the center of a complete travel destination, so it is a place where you can feel free to return even if you play late at night. I slept very well.

Very thin walls and noisy fridge. Unfortunately I almost couldn't sleep at all. Everything we needed was there and the staff was friendly. Furnishings are old and some things are in need of renovation.

Great location, near restaurants, Hoan Kiem lake, snack bars, spa, convenience stores and walking streets, night market. Friendly and cute staff, rooms are not big but clean and airy

We had a great stay at The Trang Trang. Perfect location within the bustling Old Quarter. The staff at reception was so helpful and friendly. We were on the 9th floor,room was large for hanoi, good views. From little balcony Bathroom perfect. Definatly would stay here again

I like the hotel because it has an unbeatable location. In the middle of everything happening and still quiet. A warm welcome and an effort to make everything techy. Price-performance ratio is good...only breakfast could be offered. Ella and Thai were very accommodating. Regine und Jan

Good hôtel in the center of Hanoï. Close to all restaurant and bar. Also peacefull place. The Team is really helpfull and that propose us many site to visit. All the shops are just a few meters from the hotel Thanks to mr.michael for the early checkout !!!

Stayed in an “executive double room with balcony” - small room , poor level. The door of the toilets couldn’t even open fully - bumped in the bed . The view - to the lake was nice. breakfast - poor- a bun with an egg , that’s all. A feeling of a 2 star hotel at the most . Good location nice young staff. We tried to cancel a 4th night and were already charged . Do not recommend.

Location is incredibly which close to every sightseeing places, staffs are so friendly and always willing to help us anytime. They introduced us many good places and good foods. The room little bit small and don’t have window but they also have different kind of rooms have window but the price obviously more expensive.

Amazing stay. Really clean, central, and spotless. We checked in once at 4am, did some traveling, and came back for the second stay. We were really amazed by the excellent customer service, skyline bar, and how big and pretty the room was. 10/10 would come back.
