Wanna to visit Windsor Castle. The location is great. However, one of the windows in our room is broken and the wifi is only free for 30 min.

My initial room on a lower floor had street noise but the front staff moved me to a higher floor where the street noise was less perceptible. The room was adequate for my trip. I didn't eat the breakfast because of an early train departure.

Convenient location right next to central station and quiet. Clean and big comfy room. Very worth for the money!

Hotel is in good location, all places are accessible nearby.

The location is very convenient, the food in the restaurant is good, the room is quiet and comfortable, the only drawback is that the taxi driver cannot take the taxi directly to the hotel lobby, and guests have to work hard to hold their luggage before they can find the entrance to the hotel lobby first.

The location is very good, just outside the business district and within walking distance to Windsor Castle. It's very convenient to eat.

Service is very good

Room was very clean, had everything I needed. Excellent shopping, train and Windsor Castle within a stones throw of the hotel. Easy walk to Eton College, The Long Walk and the ferris wheel. I originally had a room on the "street" side of the premises, which was too hot and noisy for me, so they moved me and I was happy thereafter. Note that not all rooms have air conditioning but they do provide fans, and lots of families stay at the hotel because of Legoland. They have an optional breakfast (not sure if any items are GF as I did not partake). They have a bar as well, I did partake, and all was well. Note that it's a bit hard to find on your map app. You have to go into the parkade and take the elevator up when you first get there. Also, you can hear/see the planes from the airport when you are outside, which I personally think is cool. I would stay here again.

Perfect location, excellent room, great breakfast, all staff helpful and friendly. Had light bites at night - tasty and reasonably priced. Bag locker for when checked out but not ready to leave. Had a good view of castle on 8th floor. Right beside trains , shopping, castle and restaurants of all types.

Was a bit noisy, railway station just a stones throw away. No air con in the room so stuffy without the windows open. There were two fans in the room though. Lots of sockets with charging points but none of them had USB C. Power of the shower was a bit disappointing. Apart from that it’s a great central location for sightseeing and eating out.

Previous guest's faeces and/or blood left on WC for all to plainly see - except the hotel's cleaning staff.
