首先很感謝書香府邸的主管，我在不同平台訂房，但是服務依舊優越。
主管時時刻刻為客人著想的態度，讓我覺得很溫馨，給飯店的服務人員一個‘’讚‘’。
書香府邸除了車子無法直達門口這個不方便之外，其他我覺得都還不錯。
下午茶我無法回來享受，飯店還特別把茶點跟茶葉放在房間裡面，真的很貼心！
裡面房間分主臥跟客廳，裡面佈置很乾淨，色調也很古色古香兼具現代的融合（可惜沒拍照🤣）。
PS
1.山塘老街夜景還不錯，可以去拍照。
2.離地鐵站不算遠。
3.打車我是打到渡僧橋下車。

[強]設計是非常有蘇州園林特色。酒店內部真的是做到了一步一景。轉步轉景的感覺～。[讓我看看]早餐就是還是能吃飽吧～不是很豐富。[太陽]司機可以免費送你到各個景點，[嘿哈]接送的位置不是説的很清楚。酒店的外面就是三塘街～可以晚上去逛。然後吃的東西很多。不用擔心在那裡吃飯的問題。[加油]。如果喜歡拍照的話。那蘇州山塘是一個好地方，到處都是拍照的，特別是拍古裝照。就好像穿越到了古代一樣～

酒店當時建設時，找的施工團隊很不行。熱水系統不穩定，忽冷忽熱，每次都要調整半天，水壓很低，淋浴間的地磚極其不專業，凹槽沒打磨，是90度的一個個坑，防滑地墊以外的區域無法落腳，踩上去極疼，浴室門安裝的也不合理。所以他們會用高端洗護、伴手禮等贈品進行彌補，這點也就能接受了。
不過如果遺失物品就會比較麻煩。去下一站入住新酒店時，發現我們隨身攜帶的熱水袋遺失在房間，因為旅途中不是很好買，就電了酒店，對方沒采取任何措施，電話裏確認了房號就直接回答“沒有上交記錄”，別説找了，問都不會給你問。主打一個客房發現了會上交，反正不貴的東西也不可能給你調監控，誰要拿了自己用用也蠻好的，礙於面子交出來也難看。這一點上跟星級連鎖酒店比還是比較拉垮的。
幾個保安大叔蠻熱情，積極介紹景點，幫着開門。門鎖卡舌經常彈不出來，門無法關嚴，保安大叔會幫着換電池，但是換門還是需要技巧，比如手動把卡舌撥回來之類。瘦瘦高高的女性主管就比較差了，客人跟她説話，都不看人的，繼續衹會下屬幹活，頭也不回，對着自己員工跟客人説“你説，我在聽”，這是要聽客人彙報工作？
