I have to praise their noodles for breakfast, which is very special. Everyone must try this breakfast in Suzhou. I will stay here again next time.

This hotel has really gone down since I last stayed here. It’s badly in need a renovation to bring it back up to modern standards. Very old and worn down now. Staff were great and helpful. Breakfast was ok Will probably look to stay somewhere else next time I’m Suzhou.

10 minutes away form subway station , the hotel is clean and service was good, the neighborhood seems too lonely during the day but at night there are many options to eat , not many things to do there though besides eating.

Good food compared with its' price. Survice is fabulous. Waiters in restaurant can tidy up dishes been used at once and room service also respends fast. The only dilemma is that the bathtub has not been cleaned carefully. Totally, good.

The third stay for me in this hotel. I keep coming back because everything works very well here. The staff is friendly and professional. Location is great, there is a big shopping mall across the street and metro lines 3 and 1 are also nearby. I liked the large breakfast buffet, especially the noodle station. The room was maybe a bit old but large and quiet. Excellent price/quality.

The hotel facilities and sanitary conditions are very complete and comfortable. L'Occitane toiletries, smart toilets, and household appliances such as microwave ovens, induction cookers, and washing machines are also equipped. The cleaning staff is also very good. Because the handover was late in delivering water to the room, they apologized repeatedly. The only puzzling thing is the indifference and stiffness of the attitude of the hotel front desk staff, which is completely inconsistent with the hotel hardware! It stands to reason that such hotel facilities must have an efficient management team, but why is the attitude of the front desk staff, especially a man, so cold and bad? His expression, tone, and attitude are extremely stiff and condescending, which makes people feel completely unable to feel at home. It is really puzzling 🤔!

He introduced the hotel's facilities and projects in detail and thoughtfully, which made our activities in the hotel for 4 days very smooth and provided a lot of help to the elderly. The dishes in the hotel package are not perfunctory because they are packages. Each dish is exquisite and the taste is also in line with everyone's taste. The service is also very thoughtful and considerate to the elderly. Of course, the breakfast is also very good. The variety is not very rich, but the categories are complete, and the braised meat noodles are excellent. The service of the entire hotel is five-star, comparable to Nanhu Hotel, which makes guests very comfortable.
