I loved everything about Niccolo Suzhou. My Room was very Clean and comfortable and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to make my birthday and my stay extra special. The Service at the hotel and Bar was exceptional as well. I would definitely send a friend of mine.

The hotel is very conveniently located, very close to the Jinji lake and the shopping mall, lots of places to eat nearby. The room was spacious and bright. A nice bathtub, welcome fruits. The pool water was warm and clean, without the specific disinfectant smell. However there was no bathrobe, slippers, toothbrush etc provided for the kid, even though we stayed as a family and the receptionist clearly saw a child when we were checking in. I had to go and ask for them myself.

The hotel has a loft-style design with many eclectic screens that can be seen everywhere. However, it did not meet my expectations for this brand - M Social. I did not feel any social connection. Although I received a call from the Guest Experience Manager before my arrival and provided an arrival time, there was no welcome upon check-in. The check-in process was easy, but the room was very simple with no outstanding features that I can share with you on Ctrip. The key issues are that the air conditioning did not warm the room, the combination of the bathtub and shower was not very convenient, and the bed mattress was too firm. The lobby was also too small. The restaurant did not have too many choices, but it was okay for me, if they could add more gym food and fresh juice with less sugar that would be better.. For M Social no feel the social

It was our second time back at Park Hyatt and it did not disappoint. We arrived on a Friday afternoon and we were warmly greeted at the front. While we were finalizing our check in, the staff took our bags and set it up in our rooms. We tried the breakfast for the first time (complimentary) and it was amazing. Their selection is too class and they designed it so that food is not wasted. We also went to the swimming pool and it was a great time. They think of everything. Like always, everyone greeted us whenever we were in the main halls. This hotel will always be my to-go. Huge thank you to William at the front desk and Naomi in the dining hall.

We have been staying at Somerset Baitang for already three times, and have been so impressed we keep coming back. The rooms are quiet, the beds very comfortable and the apartments spotlessly clean. The hotel is located close to the subway in SIP and travel to various locations in Suzhou Industrial Park or the old town is easy and convenient. The hotel has a nice buffet breakfast and is located next to a large nice park and opposite a shopping mall with several decent restaurants. The best feature of the Somerset Baitang is its staff. I cannot praise them enough as they found our younger daughter's favourite stuffed animal after she had forgotten it buried in the bedlinen. Wendy Wang and her colleagues spent a day checking the apartment we stayed in and finally located our daughter's toy in the hotel laundry shop and sent it back to us. We were all so happy and cannot thank the team enough. We will be back!

The elevator can sit on the 5th floor. I have to climb a flight of stairs alone. One night I climbed up to wash my clothes. In order to save electricity, I turned on a light. It was a bit dim and scared me. The picture was put in the comments. I have stayed in different cities of Home Inn several times. The first time I encountered this kind of climbing stairs alone, I felt that the design was unreasonable.

Overall, I really like this kind of hotel-style apartment when traveling with my boyfriend. The location is very good. It's very close to Jinji Lake. I just made an appointment for a cruise to see the scenery on the lake. Behind it are shopping malls for shopping, eating, checking in, and entertainment. The room environment is good, very modern, and very hygienic. Clean and refreshing service is also very good. The room facilities are great. There is a refrigerator and a washing machine. As soon as I entered, I felt the atmosphere of home. I especially like a few aromatherapy flavors. The multi-sensory healing city view is really open. I stayed for a whole night and my mood improved. I was downstairs and prepared to visit often. Hahaha. Very enthusiastic and polite. The only thing that is not a good experience is that there is a dish in the pool of the cooking place. It may be that the previous resident has not cleaned it.

Stayed at this hotel no less than 20 times, the location is really good, but to be honest, the recent health is really getting worse and worse. Especially this stay experience is really bad. The room I stayed in this time was full of cigarette butts thrown on the ground by the former residents (no less than 5). I really doubt that the cleaning aunt, the tenant did not sweep the floor after checking out?
