Hotel was good all-in-all but a bit of a disappointment. My original room smelled pretty strongly of mold. I was shown a few other rooms as options and most of them smelled like mold too. Fortunately the one I ended up in smelled mostly mold-free. It was next to the elevator though and a little bit noisy. There were issues with my key card that had to be fixed. The bed was pretty comfortable. Everything fairly basic, seemed a bit overpriced for what it is though I guess that's just downtown Sydney. Biggest drag was that there were two false-alarm fire alarms during my short (two night) stay. The first one was fairly drawn out (at least 10-15 minutes) and extremely loud - voice and alarm constantly blaring. The second one was shorter, but late at night and not good for sleep. I probably wouldn't stay here again.

The location is very convenient and it is a very new hotel. Although the room is not big, the layout is reasonable and the bed is big. The hotel is clean and tidy. The only drawback is that you can hear the sound of cars on the street at night.
