Apartamento perfecto para una pareja. La cocina muy bien equipada con todo lo necesario para poder cocinar, desde papel de cocina y jabón, a sartenes y ollas. Microondas y una placa de cocina. Aparcamiento publico esta disponible. Los fines de semana no cuesta nada. El baño un poco pequeño, pero para un paar de dias esta bien. La ducha en las esquinas estaba algo sucio, pero el resto bastante bien. Cafe y cacao, ademas de frutas, estan diaponibles en la entrada a los apartamentos y so gratuitos, bonito detalle.

The room was very clean, the apartment is located in the city center near the old town as well, the mattress is very comfy, and the view of the lake is astonishing, it's a great place to visit Szczecin during some events like Tall Ship Races because it is located directly in the center of the event.

The place was horrible. We didn’t have hot water to shower. I’m assuming the water is turned off at a certain time. I wanted to shower at 8 am and there was no hot water!!!! Also the heater didn’t work. It was snowing outside and the room was freezing without a working heater. I contacted the manager and was told he could come by at around noon to take a look. So I just left and booked another hotel.
In regards to cleanliness, it was also terrible! The ONE towel available had blonde hair on it (I’m brunette). All together, I understand it was a very cheap deal but I think it’s basic needs to have hot water and a working heater at any establishment!

The apartment needs thorough cleaning and renovation. The walls and the sofa in the living room are full of stains. The shower has fungus, the sink cabinet is unwashed and damaged. The area is very average. The biggest advantage is code systems instead of keys and reception.
