Location, room comfort, hotel condition I chose this hotel for its location.my late check-in and 3N stay was a very pleasant experience: comfortable bed and pillows, courteous and helpful staff, clean and generous sized room, plus professional service, efficiency and tranquility for business travel. Recommended!

Unfortunately, my room wasn't ideal. There were drafts coming in, making it uncomfortable, and the shower facilities were unclean.

We arrived about 10:30 at the hotel and we were able to check in without any problem. We asked the room to be changed 3 times and it was done asap.the manager on duty. A nice smiley young man, served as coffee. He was so helpful later on gave us a bottle of red wine when we ask for wine during the evening buffet. Unfortunately I didn’t get his name but he was so helpful. The cleaning Ayis were also friendly. I will return..

The change rooms are dated. Fitness center wasn’t bad. The service at the buffet could have been better. Not a kid friendly hotel but for business should do the trick.

This time the front desk arranged a south-facing room on the 17th floor. It was clean and bright, and it was the type of room I often stayed in. I was very satisfied with it. The customer service also sent us mineral water and fruit, and the service was warm and thoughtful.

When I first arrived at the hotel, the front desk staff gave me a super good first impression. Their attitude was very enthusiastic, and they always had a smile on their faces, which made people feel very friendly. The check-in process was also very fast, and I didn't have to wait for a long time. The hotel also arranged a dedicated butler Hardy for me. He carefully introduced some of the hotel's facilities and services to me, such as breakfast time, gym location, etc., which felt very considerate. I was really satisfied with the room. As soon as I entered the door, I felt very clean and there was no odor. The bed was very neatly made, and the quilt and pillow were very soft, just like lying on a cloud. The decoration of the room was also very warm, and the brightness of the light was just right, creating a very relaxing atmosphere. The bathroom was also cleaned and tidy, with all the toiletries available, the towels were very soft, and they smelled light and fresh. The hotel's facilities are quite complete. There is a gym with quite a few types of fitness equipment. Whether it is a treadmill or a dumbbell, they are all well maintained. For people like me who like fitness, it is really great. In addition, the Wi-Fi signal is very strong, whether in the room or in the public area, you can smoothly browse your phone, watch videos or handle work. The hotel's breakfast is really a highlight. The variety of breakfast is super rich, with Chinese fried dough sticks, soy milk, porridge and various side dishes, as well as Western bread, fried eggs, bacon and milk. The fruits are also fresh and neatly cut. And the food tastes very good, and each one is made very carefully. The hotel is in a very good location. It is very close to many attractions, and you can find the bus stop within a few steps. The transportation is very convenient. There are many restaurants and convenience stores around, which are very convenient for eating or buying daily necessities.

Fortunately, I stayed at Sheraton Taicang. The hotel buffet was excellent. I would like to thank Mr. Jia Haiqing, the smiling ambassador, for this trip. We checked out at noon on the 4th. My child suddenly felt very uncomfortable, so we had to return to the hotel first. The front desk was very helpful and opened the original room so that the child could rest until 14:00. Mr. Jia also helped us to extend the stay for 2 more hours. We checked out after the child recovered. Before leaving, Mr. Jia also gave us hotel souvenirs and put two bottles of water for the child to use on the road. I really want to praise him.
