The room was clean and very spacious, featuring a small living area and a balcony. The bathroom had a separate shower and bathtub, which was great for a relaxing soak. The bed was wonderfully soft and comfortable. The staff were friendly, and it's a pet-friendly place (just be aware there's an extra $600 cleaning fee collected upon check-in).

The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The room had been renovated, giving it an elegant and cozy feel. The location is absolutely excellent. Complimentary snacks, coffee, and a water dispenser are also available on the first floor. I would definitely stay here again given the chance!

The room size is decent, though it might get a little tight for two people with two large suitcases. However, the room was spotlessly clean, and the location is excellent. Complimentary snacks and drinks are available downstairs for guests to help themselves. As an eco-friendly hotel, they do not provide single-use amenities. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

The hotel is a bit dated, and the cleanliness is only average, so manage your expectations. The staff provided clear explanations. However, there are 7 steps leading up to the elevator. While it's just 7 steps, it can be quite inconvenient for elderly guests or those with a lot of luggage.
