So clean, and the bed was really comfortable. The shower had great hot water pressure, and the exhaust fan was powerful. The air conditioning was nice and cold. The front desk staff were excellent! The lobby also offered complimentary coffee and snacks for guests. I hope to stay here again next time I'm in Taichung.

I checked the reviews before my business trip and it was better than I expected. No smoke smell, and the comforter and pillows seemed clean. You might need to be selective about the room, but the male front desk staff was very helpful and assisted me in changing rooms. The central AC couldn't be adjusted to be very cold, and the soundproofing was quite poor!

This hotel was a real surprise, and I was extremely satisfied with the overall experience. The room was clean and comfortable, and well-equipped. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and the staff were friendly and always ready to help with any requests. The biggest bonus was the convenient location; you can easily walk or take transport to major attractions and restaurants. The local amenities are excellent. If you're looking for convenient, reliable accommodation, this place is definitely worth recommending.

Luckily I got a beautiful room with window view, also, overall is clean, great location and feel safe as nearby police station, would recommend.

The location is fantastic, just across from Taichung Station, about a 5-minute walk. Check-in was supposed to be after 3 PM, but we arrived before 2 PM and the front desk checked us in immediately, which was a big plus. We were given a quiet room on a high floor as requested. The room wasn't large, but the bed was incredibly comfortable, and my child and I slept very well. Nowadays, hotels in Taiwan promote environmental protection, so they don't provide things like toothbrushes and towels, and there's no bottled water, which is a bit inconvenient but still acceptable. A few minor flaws: 1. The bathroom wasn't cleaned properly; there was a lot of hair on the faucet. I saw it as soon as I entered and asked the cleaning lady at the door to come and remove it. 2. The pillows were too low. When we came back at night and wanted to add more pillows, we were told that housekeeping was closed and it seemed like there would be an extra charge. 3. The disposable slippers were of extremely poor quality; they tore after only a few minutes. This is very inconsistent with the price and high rating of the hotel; it would be great if this could be improved. 4. There are free drinks, snacks, and coffee in the public area on the first floor, but the staff usually don't proactively mention it. We only sat down for a few minutes to have a drink before leaving. This is actually a plus, but of course, if cost is a consideration, not proactively mentioning it is acceptable.

The hotel is really commendable. The staff are nice and can speak English well, the location is really nice! It is within prime location. Just a walking distance to the Taichung Station, Taroko Mall, Miyahara and other tourist spot within the city vicinity. Bus stops is also near to the hotel. I would stay here again.

Location is perfect, there are snacks and coffee in the lobby, the only downside is the walls are too thin. You can hear people in the other rooms.

We are very satisfied with our 4D3N stay here. The photos I shared are taken by yours truly. The room size is big for me and my mom. The staffs were nice and can speak English. I’m really sorry that I lost the baggage tag 😭😭😭 We will definitely stay here again and I’ll make sure to double check my things especially whenever I go out so I won’t lose anything again 🥹 I highly suggest adding bidet. That would be perfect if ever we comeback to Taichung next time! 😁 Just a heads up if you ever need to go out and the lobby door is locked, look on the right side of the door and there’s an instruction there haha no one told us about it and we end up using the back door to get out until the next day, the back door was also lock and good thing my mom noticed something on the right side of the door and when I pressed it, the door unlocked 🤣 it’s my first time to experience that for a 2 star hotel (according to google maps) so I really find that experience silly, embarrassing and unforgettable ~ 🥹 but the next time we come here, I know what to do 🤭

Great location, right opposite Taichung Station! The service was excellent too, and there are plenty of convenience stores like FamilyMart and 7-Eleven nearby.

The location is very convenient

The room was tiny. I almost tripped over the bed frame on my way to the bathroom, nearly killing myself, haha. But the facilities are very new, and there's a water dispenser on the floor, which is a plus! The front desk lady was super friendly, and you can even extend your check-out by an hour if you post on social media.
