Fairfield by Marriott Taichung Reviews

Room was quite dusty and had bits of trash on the floor. Bathroom had a certain musty odor. I stayed here previously and did not have this experience, hopefully it’s a one-off experience.

Location was not fantastic, an average stay for the price paid. Alleyway was dark and scary.

Hotel was located within 10 mins car ride from the Taichung HSR station. However while it was advertised that the hotel is near to Feng Chia Night Market, it was not that near afterall. It was about a 15-20 mins walk one-way. Main attractions that we were visiting during this trip was also mainly located nearer to the TRA station. Nevertheless, the staff are generally quite helpful and attentive, helping us to call for cabs on numerous occasions. Room was decent and comfortable also. Only downside for us was the location. Otherwise enjoyable stay.

Room is spacious but the cleaniness does not meet the brand. Had to carry all luggages myself cause there were no butler in the 5 star hotel.

Hotel without good maintenance and clean environment of the room but charge in high room rate . Will try another hotel next time to Taichung .

Asthetic of the room is awesome and spacious . Location is not so bad Breakfast is goof

A very nice and clean boutique hotel. Definitely on my hotel list for my next trip to Taichung.

Parking is convenient, the room is clean and tidy, and the service from the counter staff and restaurant staff are very good

There are not many choices near the hotel. It is recommended for travelers who come by car. The room is clean, spacious and very comfortable. There is a Starbucks in the lobby on the first floor. You can get it for free if you become a member. The taste of the breakfast is also a plus, and it is available 24 hours a day. Use of the gym is very good service!

It’s so fun and really worth the money! The room is so beautiful! . . . . I will definitely come back next time. I highly recommend it. It’s so close to the night market! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !

Although the space is not particularly large, the food is clean and good. It is one of the accommodations that I would like to come back to. If you want to go to Fengjia Night Market, there is ubike next to it, which is very suitable for guests who are too lazy to find a parking space.

Marriott's hotel. The service is really bad. We were 8 people with 8 30-inch suitcases. The car arrived at the hotel entrance at around 3pm, and there was no staff to help with the luggage. I asked the front desk and the answer was that the luggage cart was there and I had to pick it up myself.

This is the kind of service owned by Marriott. A group of people arrived at the gate with a dozen suitcases and not even a helper to push the luggage. There was no luggage trolley. I asked the waiter where to put it. No one even came to help. They also directed me where to put it. It was very bad. Contact everyone. Don't ask. The Wanfeng hotel in Taichung is fortunate to be owned by Marriott.
