The front desk staff responded cordially and professionally. The parking lot cooperates with Carrefour next door and allows unlimited entry and exit. You can park until 1 pm the next day, making it easy to leave after lunch. The room's software and hardware are of average quality, and the lighting is good without being dim. There are traces or dirt from long-term use, but the sound insulation is poor, and the next door neighbor can clearly hear coughing and talking loudly, even if the door is closed; there is a flush toilet in the bathroom, and although the bathtub is suitable for one person to take a bath, the width is a bit narrow; the air-conditioning temperature is a bit difficult to control. It has been kept at a very low temperature, and it will feel cold when you leave the bed and the bathroom. Overall, the CP value is okay, but I may not stay here again.

By far the largest hotel room at this price that you can get ! The room is about 2-3 times the size that of a standard twin hotel room. There is a huge jacuzzi able to fit two person at once. Room is also facilitated with Music system that aids with sleeping soothingly. There is a 24hr convenience store located right below the hotel, so you can always get your late night fix just in case. It is recommended to have your own rental car if you choose to stay at this hotel as it is quite a distance to the bus stop or local train metro. Otherwise, it is conveniently located 5 mins drive away from the express way so you don't have to worry about peak hour jams within the city.

今天剛好是父親節前夕，特地南下台中陪岳父大人吃飯，我們特地選在福華饗宴。吃完后依照女王大人的指示前往一中街把她的二手包賣掉，再買幾件新衫補充囉！晚上再回到逢甲去逛街吃晚餐喔！ 終於在晚間9點初抵達我們注意很久的芭蕾經典旅館，它雖然地址在向上路，但其實要從文心南五路轉進入口囉！ 今晚有摸獎活動，我摸到一顆黃球，可以回饋住宿費600元。我們住的是芭蕾君心的等級，也算是小小嘗試看看囉！ 我們的房間剛好位在最邊間，浴室我覺得有變大的感覺ㄟ！我很喜歡白色系列的造型，加上65吋超大電視，讓我們看起電影很爽快喔！房間還算是相當簡約，該有的都有啦！由衷希望可以有一碗牛肉湯麵泡麵啦！ 今天走了很多路，因此我也享受它的按摩浴缸，還算很舒服喔！晚上看了兩部電影也值回票價，再加上隔天早上又看了一部忍者龜。 早上我跟老婆的早餐剛好一中一西，中式是稀飯配小菜，西式的則是雞腿排漢堡，再配上兩杯柳橙汁，就完成早上的美味時刻啦！ 接着就是瘋狂拍照，為女王跟小女王留下一堆的美美照，結束這一段南下台中快樂行啦！

We got the last room. The shower door is missing and there is no hot water for the tap. However the filling of the bathtub water is fast so that you dont have to wait so long. Room is relatively cool in Nov - Dec period at 20oC. Just open the window for fresh air as the aircon still unable to rise the temperature to even 22oC. There have many choices of channels to watch. Relatively good spread for the breakfast, especially the cheese bread. You will need to inform the reception if room service is required.

This time I stayed in business room A, the space was large and there was no smell of smoke, and the overall room was clean. Parking needs to be parked on the side of the road on the left and right of the entrance, the parking space will not be too small, it is good to stop

A great experience, there is a section of road away from the city but it will not be affected by driving, the environment is comfortable with bathtub, and the bed and quilt are also very comfortable

Would like to highlight an issue we encountered with regards to our deposit and certain charges that were made to us but which we had not incurred. When we were checking out, we asked to have a look at our statement of charges as we understood that any additional charges would be offset by the deposit placed with the hotel. We had dinner at ”The Prime -Grill and Lounge” on one of the nights and just wanted to check if the charges were right. The statement showed 3 separate bills that were not incurred by us and were all purchases of alcohol, which we found strange. When we brought this up with the front desk, the staff did not seem surprised at all with the error or sought to verify the same anywhere nor were we given any apology for the mistake. It was as though she already knew that those 3 charges were unanauthorised transactions and said that the hotel would rectify the issue with the bank in respect of our deposit. The front desk was also very adamant to not let us speak to her manager about the issue. We just wanted to highlight the above because we would usually just trust the hotel to refund the right amount of deposit without checking, especially when using credit card to pay the same. But it may be worth checking when it comes to this hotel as based on the reaction which we got from the front desk, it seems that such mistakes whether intentional or not have happened before. We also hope that the hotel would do some sort of investigation into how issues like this could happen.

The service staff are warm and courteous. The room is spacious and comfortable with a street view. There is a bathtub (quite big and deep) where you can take a bath to relax your body and mind😄😁. Comes with a complimentary breakfast👍👍. There are many items to choose from, and you are very full. 2 highlights of breakfast~Beef soup & ice cream💥💯 ●●Will visit again~

We are visiting Alishan, Sun-moon lake so make a stop at Taichung and we find this is a nice hotel and nice room and facilities are well equipt , we like hotel breadfast at the cafe which supply a bit variety of Asian food + American food too. It's a pity we only for a night , next trip I will plan to come back here for few days stay to explore Taitung.

Very satisfied. The location is very suitable for self-driving tours. The parking lot is large and there are large supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The hotel service is very good and the service staff is very polite The hotel room is large, the view outside the window is very good, clean and well-equipped bathroom, no stains The hotel has a gym and restaurant Will definitely stay here when visiting Taichung again
