The room was not very clean and smelled odd in the corridor and the lift lobby. There was a variety of food choices for breakfast though. The hotel comprised two buildings but there was no clear indications outside that one was only for banquet s only. Staff did not know that there was a bus (no.62) going to the Tainan HST station just outside the hotel.

My family chose their long waited vacation here for its name for comfort and service. Their visit was much joy without any words, a resort service like such worth the trip enjoying the environment, Good food and good gathering. Hope to come back soon.

The interior of the room felt a bit old, but the air in the room was very stuffy when I first entered. There was a short hair near the head of the bed, and there was also a pair of knives and forks (but no fruit was paid). The breakfast was very pleasant, although the dishes There are a lot of things, but many of them are very similar to the side dishes paid for in restaurants, (and many of the dishes are not tasty!!) The only advantage is that the garden behind is beautiful!

The check-in environment and attitude were OK, but I checked out at 11 a.m. and started hearing construction at 9 a.m. I was woken up by banging on the wall. I called the counter and the sound disappeared, but there were a few knocks afterward, and there was a response when I checked out. When asked about this problem, the service staff said that there is normal construction downstairs. Shouldn't it be carried out after all guests check out at 11 o'clock? I think this is a big negligence of the hotel, which has affected several nearby guests during their rest time and the sound was very loud in the morning. I woke up with a headache at 7 o'clock. There was almost no banging at 9 o'clock. I had a good sleep. The clerk at the counter asked us if we had any plans and would we stay in Tainan. He asked us to go to the second floor for coffee. There are many choices for breakfast and the room is tidy, but it happened to be that the swimming pool was closed and the hot water pipeline was repaired, which was quite disappointing.

The room has two double beds, which is very spacious, and the bathroom is also very spacious. The location near the interchange is also great. There are schools nearby and there are a lot of places to eat. The breakfast in the hotel is very good and delicious.

The front desk and housekeeping staff are all trying their best to solve problems for guests, with sincere smiles on their faces when handling things. The restaurant service staff cleared the plates very quickly.

The supplies are made in China and use Lin Fengying fresh milk. The room is very dirty. The towels are very old. The breakfast is very unclean. Very disappointing!

The staff at the counter and check-in service were kind and courteous. They also led me to the elevator door to help me press the floor. I had Ali Hai for Chinese food. They had all-you-can-eat seafood buffets. There were so many that it was dazzling. (Desserts are also a strong point.) Which one to choose through the window? The service staff are excellent. From check-in to departure, you can feel the hotel's enthusiasm and thoughtfulness. The environmental facilities are well managed, and the room types have been upgraded. As soon as the children checked in, they went straight to the swimming pool. It's a pity that I didn't book dinner at Ali Hai, but the included breakfast was also quite rich and delicious. It was a very pleasant stay. I will definitely choose Guitian again if I have the opportunity in the future.
