The hotel is located in Beitou Hot Spring Area with convenient transportation. The advantage is that the Western restaurant is very delicious, and the meals are exquisitely prepared and the portions are large. Every hotel employee is very willing to serve and proactively inquire and assist. In addition, Dazhongtang is well worth a visit. It is clean and comfortable.

Hotel service: The staff at the reception desk are proactive, attentive, cordial and friendly. After we arrived, the staff quickly picked up our luggage and sent it to the room. We were carefully guided along the way to the reception desk for check-in procedures. Facilities: Facilities include swimming pools, hydromassage pools, male/female public baths and private baths in rooms. The staff are smart and explain clearly how to use the facilities. Food: Breakfast includes semi-buffet Chinese/Western food. Guests can choose from two staple dishes. The staff also proactively provides us with local tour routes and popular food information. This four-day and three-night stay made us happy and unforgettable!

I really like this hotel. The staff are very warm, friendly and heart-warming. I originally booked only one room, but then a friend came over one day. The staff also helped my friend to upgrade for free so that we could stay on the same floor. Wait, the hotel environment is very comfortable, the room is very tidy, and the whole Beitou has a very casual feel. It is a good choice if you want to relax without stress. I regret...I regret not booking more days and only booking one night. Because it was my first time to go there, although I knew there was a shuttle service, I looked at Google Maps and said it would be less than ten minutes’ walk away, so I wanted to walk there, but it turned out that it was on a mountain, which was a bit hard. The shuttle service is more frequent on Saturdays and Sundays, so it is convenient. There are also several tourist attractions nearby, such as Geothermal Valley, Central New Village, etc., so the location is not bad. From the lobby to the rooms, everything is bright and clean, with nothing to be picky about. The only slight drawback is that the attic where the library is stored is high, so the air conditioning is not sufficient. Although it still couldn't help me stop sweating, the waiter took the initiative to provide Xiaoliang chamomile tea, which was quite considerate. And all the waiters are very polite. Every time we see them, they greet us with a smile, which is very cordial. There are fitness rooms, swimming pools, outdoor hot springs, restaurants, and you can even stay in the hotel all day. In the whole building, the reception desk is better, but the room is much larger than expected. It is really good, but the only small drawback is that the air conditioning is not enough. After walking around outside in the summer, you need more time to cool down your body. The hotel has a bit of history, but it has been renovated. The library is the check-in point. However, when I checked in, there was only one male staff at the service counter who was busy serving another couple of guests, and no one paid any attention to me. This service can be improved. Later, the female staff checked me in and was very polite and efficient. The restaurant staff are also professional and the catering service is satisfactory. But the window in the room is too small and I can't see clearly outside. Since it is the off-season, there are not many people, so the staff does not need to remind you to hand over your room until 11 am. It would be better if the reminder is given 15 minutes later. Otherwise, all previous good service impressions will be greatly deducted immediately.
