This is my first negative review for this hotel. It was a very bad experience. There were no environmentally friendly towels provided on the first day. I reported it to the front desk on the second day and no water was provided. There was no water provided on the third day. There was a tall lady at the front desk. I always treat my guests with a stern face, and I have troubles during the first three days of my stay. Choose carefully.
