The room we checked into at first was very shabby. The carpet was torn and black. The bathtub was dirty. The sheets didn't feel dried. There was also a smell of cigarettes. We reported it to the front desk and they helped us change rooms. The bathtub was clean, but two cockroaches appeared at night. There was also a sudden power outage in the middle of the night.
