My stay at Wutong Apartments was wonderful! The room was clean, spacious, modern, and aesthetically pleasing. There is bathtub is luxurious and spacious, the shower has great pressure and the the separate toilet room has a motion censored toilet seat and a bidet. The bed was comfy and the closet space begs you to unpack your suitcase. There were thoughtful amenities, including a loofah cloth and shoe shine cloths. Now...the breakfast. It was the best breakfast buffet I've ever had the pleasure of experiencing. Tinder and well seasoned steak, salmon, soups, desserts, breads, scrumptious pancakes and a salad bar that even included kale amongst the varied greens. Best of all, the service was exceptional. A special thank you to Li Ne, the dining staff and the housekeeper who attended to my room. I wish that every hotel stay I experience in the future is as amazing as my time at Wutong Apartment Hotel.

it is a very good hotel

Ctrip has basically not reviewed it for so many years, but this time we need to give special recognition to the environment and services of our local hotel. First of all, the room facilities are complete, clean and hygienic, with humidifiers, water dispensers, cotton towels, laundry detergent, etc., very detailed . During my stay, I happened to encounter a child who was sick, and the needs such as buying medicine and delivering meals multiple times a day were promptly resolved. They were also able to help deliver water in a timely manner at three in the morning. The staff were polite and patient. I would like to call it Taiyuan ceiling.

Low-key name, luxurious connotation. Although it is called an apartment, it is no less than any global chain five-star hotel. From the decoration to the service, it is very considerate and heart-warming. Although the winter in the north is very cold, from the moment you enter the door , from the welcome to the little girl who checked in at the front desk, she was all smiles, considerate and very comfortable. The facilities in the room are very carefully arranged. The wellness center is clean and tidy with advanced facilities. The water in the swimming pool is also very clear. The enthusiastic Ms. He took me to visit the wellness center and introduced the use of fitness equipment. Her professionalism and enthusiasm left me with a lasting impression. I have a good impression. The breakfast in the restaurant is rich in variety and combines Chinese and Western styles. It also takes into account Shanxi characteristics. The dishes in the Chinese restaurant are also very good and can satisfy the taste buds of all guests to the greatest extent. I recommend everyone to try it. Basically, I choose this hotel when traveling to Taiyuan. Just look at my breakfast picture and you will know how many times I have been there. The hotel facilities are very clean and new, the service is solid and considerate, the room is well-equipped, a humidifier is particularly necessary, the highlight is laundry detergent, a variety of pillows, and three types of toothpaste. There are many varieties of breakfast, and they are all very delicious. It is so tiring to walk, so I am quite picky when it comes to meals. My favorites include low-temperature roasted leg of lamb, haggis soup, and first-class fruit quality control blueberries, strawberries, and passion fruit. The salesperson Wenxiu was also very enthusiastic and helped me mail the pillow that made me sleep well.

Our family stayed in a total of 12 hotels during this self-driving trip, and Wutong Apartment was the most satisfactory one in all aspects👍 Let’s start from the beginning~ After my reservation was successful, a hotel staff called to inquire and added WeChat after asking for permission. There was no interruption after that, and when I asked questions, they responded immediately~ We were traveling by car and were used to parking our cars in the basement. We were surprised. The basement was so clean that the ground looked like a mirror, and the elevator led directly to the lobby~ Entering the lobby, you are immediately greeted by a receptionist. The decoration in the lobby is very grand, and check-in is quick. What is very special is that the hotel has Starbucks coffee service, and I gave you a coffee coupon. The girl who makes the coffee is very cute, and her attitude is like a family member. Makes you feel warm~ The room is large enough and has a practical design, especially the double sinks and the toilet and bath settings, which can be used by the whole family at the same time~ The supplies provided are also rich and include some things you can’t see in ordinary hotels, such as mouthwash, styling spray, etc. Oh, the drinking fountain is great~~ The bedding is very comfortable and the hygiene is very good~ I came back the next day and found out that the person who tidied the room seemed to be a young man named Mu Yurui. I couldn't help but admire it. This level is really extraordinary👍The details are so detailed that even a mild mysophobia like me Everyone is very satisfied~ Let’s talk about the breakfast. I knew from the reviews that the breakfast in this hotel is very good. But when we went there in person, we were still surprised. It was so rich. In addition to what is available in five-star hotels, there are also many others. , such as lamb chops, soup stock, freshly squeezed juices that I have never seen before, propolis, salmon and other cold cuts, tangerine peel and red bean paste, etc. In short, it is delicious~~~ The location of the hotel is also good. There are some restaurants nearby, and there are subways and large shopping malls less than 1 km away~ In short, recommended to everyone who comes to Taiyuan for business travel👍

The room was clean and the bedding was very comfortable. The service is very good. Everyone is very polite and courteous, from the big brother who picked me up at the airport, to the staff in the guest room, the staff in the restaurant, and the front desk. The cookies provided at turndown were delicious. There is a community behind the hotel with a lot of delicious food. It is very convenient to take a taxi and there is a bus stop at the door.  The disadvantage is that the sink is a bit small and the bay window is too big. 

The service was really bad. I had to wait for more than 20 minutes to deliver a bottle of water. I was asked to check out several times. Different staff members asked me to call and add WeChat!

Overall it's good. The smart toilet is easy to operate and the room has good sound insulation. It would be better if it could be arranged to face the Fen River in the south next time... The location is good, on the east bank of Fen River and on the west bank are Vientiane City, Opera House, Taiyuan Museum and so on. It's very convenient to take a taxi at the door. It's not far from Jinci Temple or Bell Tower, and it's also a moderate distance from Taiyuan South Station. I booked a high-rise hotel, with large rooms, new facilities, and very quiet. Fruits are provided every day, Starbucks coffee is provided, and there is a pick-up station service. The swimming pool is on the 8th floor. Breakfast is very rich. Rested better.

The room is relatively large and the facilities are relatively new, but it seems too empty. The floor was not cleaned very well, and the bathroom was too small to fit in. After staying for 4 nights, the sheets and quilts were not changed. The elevator had to wait for a long time during peak hours. On the day of check-out, I hoped to delay it a little longer, but it was only given half an hour. I don’t know what I thought.

It's all made fresh and looks very comfortable. The service staff are also very polite. The only drawback is that the curtains in the room are not good at blocking out light. It was difficult to fall asleep. The room provided an eye mask, but the eye mask was too tight. I didn’t have any other complaints. I was very happy to stay. I will book here again next time I go on a business trip.

A very average experience. The room was extremely hot. The air conditioner turned on and only had hot air. I still couldn't fall asleep at two o'clock in the morning on the first day. The energy consumption was a waste. The air in the windowless room is not good and cannot be ventilated. The height of the sink is not standard. You have to bend a lot to wash your face. It is very uncomfortable for patients with lumbar disc disease. One of the guests did not change the paper towels on the sink when they got wet. There are also other things in the room. Female hair remains. Of course, there is a good side. It is equipped with a humidifier, so the air in the house is not dry.

I was very angry and had a bad attitude. After the complaint was made, the manager's response was: I will definitely never come here again next time. This hotel doesn't pay attention to the guests' complaints at all and doesn't even bother to care! Very bad attitude. Choose carefully!
