Value for money. Basic ryokan with onsen. No convenience stores or shops nearby - need to drive out of you need anything to eat. Amenities in the ryokan not as luxurious as others that I have been to before. We booked the breakfast and dinner option too - there is lot of food but quality of the food is ok only. Nothing to scream about but you will be very full. 😂

1. The hot-spring is excellent. 2. Service is warm and never disturbing. 3. Dinner has so many dishes that general person may not finish the full course. Food is average in quality with several sparkles. Soba and assorted pickles are outstanding. 4. Breakfast is very good and not too much to finish. In all, it is a very traditional Japanese hotel with hot spring. If you love traditional Japanese food and accommodation, it is perfect for you.

It's a hotel with a sense of history. The cleanliness could be better. It feels like a hotel with two meals per night. There's free parking, but there's not much to see nearby. There is an indoor bath, and the sound of the hot spring water flowing down is too loud and makes people unable to relax. It’s beautiful to go out at night and watch the stars🤩

A hot spring hotel with more than 40 years of tradition, one stay and two meals. The dinner and breakfast of the two meals are very rich and taste very good. It is right next to the hot spring attractions. It is a very cost-effective hotel, but the hotel interior is always very old. Especially the carpet in the dining area on the second floor was very dirty.

The hotel is right next to the Takeo Gate Tower. The Japanese-style room is quite large. There is no one in the hot spring bath at night, so you can have a private hot spring bath alone. There is no hairdryer in the room, so you need to blow it in the bathhouse. The dinner and breakfast were quite sumptuous and very filling. Check-in time is 3 pm, not 2 pm as shown by Ctrip. There is no problem communicating in English at the front desk.

It's a decent hot spring hotel. The two of us only brought a backpack for this trip. It's a bit funny to huddle in the corner with our only luggage and think about it. Hahahaha. There are many accommodations on Takeo Onsen street, but this one should be considered quite cost-effective. It costs 1,580 RMB on Saturday. After all, prices have increased across the board after the epidemic. It felt like it wasn't the type to accept foreign tourists, so I finally climbed up Jalan to read the reviews. As for dining, the quality of dinner was not as good as the Takasago Onjuku in Ureshino where I stayed before. It was not delivered to the room but was eaten in the restaurant, but it was quite rich. Of course there would be Ureshino tofu for breakfast, but I really didn’t have any tsukemono. feel… The air conditioner in the room was a bit too powerful, so it was relatively dry. The hot spring is not a big place. I feel that the area on the second floor is much larger than the first floor. According to the hotel's own introduction, it has a history of two hundred years. In the words of the four old Nagasaki aunties who I met while bathing and eating, it’s a すべすべ~ Unfortunately, there is no ice milk vending machine, and an additional 300 yen hot spring tax will be paid when checking out.

The hot spring water in the bathhouse of Takeo International Hot Spring Hotel is very good and slippery. The dinner was rich and delicious. The location of the hotel is very close to the main attractions and there is free parking.

Food, accommodation and service were all good for the price. However, there is nothing in the neighborhood itself.

The check-in hallway was dark, and only after shouting loudly did someone come out and turn on the lights. The ingredients for dinner were not fresh enough and the taste was not very good. I dared not eat the meat in the shabu-shabu. My friend ate it and got upset when he woke up at night. 😭 After dinner, we returned to the room. The Japanese-style beds had been made for us. I don’t know what the person who made them was thinking. The heads of our beds were facing the bathroom. I was speechless. 😓
