The Hotspring Beach Resort & Spa Reviews

A pleasant, calm, and peaceful hotel perfect for a family stay. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing experience. However, please note that it is quite far from nearby services, so it's wise to visit a 7/11 before your first night. I also had difficulty finding rides using Grab, so don't rely on it for your plans. Additionally, arranging transportation through the hotel or a contracted driver can be more expensive than if you were staying on Phuket Island itself.

We love the atmosphere and pools. Friendly staff. Great breakfast. They do have vegetarian option which is great. Huge resort and it’s great to walk among tropical garden. Our room was noisy during the night due to sound of water running through drains and perhaps bathroom system. We stayed at new building. Hotel is pretty ages for the first part. Definitely we will return for pools and beach.

The hotel has hot springs and a cold bathroom. Also, a restaurant and kayaks onshore but both services were closed in the morning time. We had very good breakfast buffet there

The food is horrible and it’s not easy to leave to go eat elsewhere because it’s quite isolated, this is the main reason I won’t be back. Other than that, the staff doesn’t know what high standard of service means and the cleanliness leaves much to be desired. If you book one of the rooms with an outside area (private pool etc) be aware they never clean those external bits. We found ours dirty when we came and daily housekeeping doesn’t seem to include that. The public pools and hotsprings are busy with day tourists and screaming kids, you won’t enjoy them. The place itself is fantastic, lots of green and Thai style, too bad the staff is inadequate.

Nice place but a little old and run down. Staff were lovely first two day but got some rough staff in the last days.

The location is a bit isolated if you don’t drive. Taxi from hotel is rather expensive. Overall the resort is clean and beautiful. I really enjoy the hot spring pools. Resort staffs are helpful. Breakfast is very nice too.

The facility was impressive; offering some older design and a newer facility. There were very few normal (pre-covid) amenities, but it was apparent they are rebuilding things back, again. Don't count on finding a massage at the facility; they may have a 24 hour appointments now. The breakfast was great! Will be back with my wife to enjoy next time.

We rested for 2.5 days after our main vacation on Khao Lak. I liked the idea and concept of the hotel. Clean renovated room in Thai style. We took the simplest room with a garden view. I really liked it. Textiles are fresh. The room was cleaned well. Robes. Umbrellas. Safe. Hairdryer. Towels for the beach. Shampoo. Shower/hand gel. Body cream. Machine. Toothbrushes. Comb. Ear sticks. Shower caps. 4 bottles of water. Fridge. Mugs, glasses. Tea accessories. The air conditioning worked well and was quite quiet. Nice view from the balcony. The building is conveniently located between the beach and the main pools. A short walk around the territory across the river with a bridge. The restaurant on the beach was not open. It's a pity. A very atmospheric beautiful place with a beautiful view of the sea. The sea was stormy and the beach shore was littered with trash... bottles, drowned slippers, fishing gear and just natural debris. The beach itself and the shore are beautiful, the sea is as natural as the ocean. The road to the beach through the restaurant on a wooden bridge over the river... very beautiful. The main area where the pools are is not very restricted. There is a moment of slight neglect... I would like more lighting on the paths and around the pools. Because the pools themselves are illuminated and open until late. 2 pools with hot water 40C, pool with cold water 16-18C. And one regular shaped swimming pool with a jacuzzi and a children's slide. In the morning before lunch and in the evening there are few people resting. Very comfortable. At lunchtime, from about 14 to 16-17, excursions of tourists from Phuket are brought. They didn’t bother us; we were just leaving that time. The unusual sensation of immersing yourself in hot water when there is heat all around is very cool, a state of complete relaxation and the body is resting. I hope this is a useful procedure. Breakfast is quite good. Hot dishes. Soups. Vegetables. Scrambled eggs or omelet. Small selection of cheese and sausages. Fruits, baked goods, factory-made yoghurts in individual packaging. Coffee. Tea. Smoothie. Juices. The area where the pools are is compact and convenient. Green. But I want more care and cleaning. The pools were drained and everything was washed with a Karcher... One day one, another day another. We saw squirrels and monitor lizards. There is a transfer to the city of Khok Klok and to the market. Free bicycles. Small gym. 3 exercise machines. They seemed new. Before this, someone wrote that everything was rusty, this is not true, they may have been replaced. Billiards. There is a spa. Massage. The staff is helpful, happy to try to help. We were extended late check-out free of charge until 16:00. Thanks a lot. Comfortable transfer to the airport 1100 baht. The journey takes 40 minutes. We liked everything.. now, without a doubt, you can start or end your vacation after or before a flight by checking into this hotel. I recommend.

The hotel is suitable for vacation. There are no shops around. You can only eat in the hotel restaurant, but the restaurant cannot order dishes after 7:30 in the evening. It is said that there is a fishing village nearby where you can go to eat fish and crabs.
