My wife and I unfortunately could only spend one night in Tangier at La Maison Blanche, but we received excellent service from Aziz who met us in person to discuss our room, served us breakfast and was always there to discuss Tangier for which he clearly has a passion and the many attractions it has to offer. Loved the picture on the wall of Danial Craig who stayed there during the filming of Spectre. We hope to get back sometime and spend more time and well do so at this hotel. Highly recommended.

Aziz is the most perfect host. Friendly and helpful. Confirmed all our Restaurant reservations and arranged a knowledgeable Driver for a tour of the city and across to the Atlantic coast for lunch at L'Ocean (not to be missed) Just a little noisy at night from the street outside!

We had a lovely 3 night stay at La Maison Blanche. From the time I made my reservation to the time we left Tangier, the owner and host, Aziz, made it an incredible stay. It was our first visit to Morocco and he couldn't have been more helpful. He gave us ideas, made reservations for us, and just generally took care of us like we were family. In fact, the last night we stayed there was during Eid al-Fitr, celebrating the end of Ramadan and most restaurants were closed. So he arranged a meal for us right there at the Riad, with delicious fish soup and a fish entree. It was our first stay in a riad and Aziz has renovated it into a welcoming, calming, and comfortable space. Our room was comfortable and the bathroom was very spacious. The breakfasts on the terrace were generous and delicious, and what fabulous views! We had a great stay. Thank you, Aziz!

Beautiful well located Riad , where service is this best asset ! Aziz was incredible his attention recos and availability makes the trip totally different! You have the feeling that you are at home , with a very authentic Riad! We will have to come back to enjoy the breakfast at the increíble terrace as the weather didn’t permit it ! Recently stayed at this property with my husband and grown son. The location was great and the owner Aziz was the biggest asset to us during our stay! He was a wealth of knowledge. The rooms were clean and artistically done. I highly recommend staying here.

Our family cannot adequately express the gratitude we feel to Aziz and his staff at La Maison Blanche. The memories we will carry for the rest of our lives will be of the people of this magical city and our immersion in it by his tour and our stay in this wonderful riad! We expected Morocco to be exotic but we had no idea how much so. Every turn of a corner was a romantic voyage into the chronicles of history made more than fiction by his incredible tour. We highly recommend La Maison Blanche for your stay in Tangier. The rooms are very comfortable, decorated beautifully, and a delightful breakfast is included. Aziz and his staff are extremely accommodating and made our stay extra special. Aziz also does tours and it’s a “must do” experience if you want to learn more about this wonderful city and culture.

A fantastic riad! We felt completely at home in the Maison Blanche, an elegantly restored riad. We stayed there at the start and the end of our Moroccan tour, 5 nights overall. The Moulay Ismail suite was spacious and comfortable; breakfast was served on the roof terrace, which offers stunning views over the city. Aziz, the owner, is a great host, always helpful and with an encyclopaedic knowledge about Tangier's history, art and culture. The riad is ideally located towards the top of the old Casbah, not far from the new Ibn Battouta Museum and nice restaurants; it is not difficult to find. We will be back!
