Friendly staff that helped to book taxi to airport and even recommended the time to call the taxi in order to reach airport with sufficient time, fast check in and out services as well.

Great hotel , I chose this hotel because it is near airport as I took a very early flight, but the shuttle bus is full unfortunately and I have to take taxi finally. Not hotel fault but just disappointed. Pls make sure you will book the shuttle bus in advance if you have early morning flight.

My quarantine stay at Monarch was excellent. Since I was a frequent traveler and had stayed there a few times before, they upgraded me to an executive room for my 8-night stay. I truly enjoyed the many big windows, the great view, and the renovated room with the spacious bathroom. My room number was 1206 and I strongly recommend it. Effective 8/6/22, Monarch changed back to a regular hotel with no options for quarantine stays. My husband and I stayed here in Mid-August for 2 nights with free breakfast delivered to the room. We stayed in room 1402, which was a corner renovated room and not bad, but not nearly as spacious as the previous room. Both rooms had views facing the scenic park and that helped make our stays very satisfying.

We stayed in a room for 6 pax.the room was spacious. it provided separate room for bathtub, shower and toilet. When called housekeeping for toiletries, a machine robot will bring up to your room and called the room to inform us that it arrived outside our room so we can pick up from our room. It is so convenient to go X park from cozzi Blu hotel. We just took the lift to level 2,turned out from cozzi market side , the x park was there. We walked to outlet from the bridge at level 2 too.

Terrific location; very convenient to get to and from Taoyuan airport and Taipei Main station as hotel is seamlessly connected via Airport express MRT. Also it is a good overnight stop for last minute shopping in Global Mall which hotel is connected to. Plenty of food stalls outside hotel as well. Room is comfortable and clean with all ameneties including mouthwash :) Layout is good and room is spacious

Instead of directly turning off the power supply at the scene, the parking fee can only be reduced for 4 hours, but the business staff promised to ”completely free” at that time, and asked to know: free during the 4-hour lease period, may the table set at 13:00, will the customer not wait at the venue first? You can basically eat just walking down the street. There are also many food delivery options. The room is quite large and clean overall. The bathroom also has a bathtub. The only drawback is that it is too dark and there are not enough sockets. The parking lot is very small, so you have to be careful when driving there. The parking lot depends on the individual, but for the location in the city center, it's good. It's a bit old, but at least it's OK to live in.

Location is good, there is King Yonghe not far downstairs, there is a convenience store, the front desk is very kind, the breakfast is more western style, not very suitable for your taste, suitable for business trips, the corner of the room pattern is a bit awkward

Finally came to visit the Westin Daxi. As expected, the environment is good and the atmosphere is great. It is very suitable for families and children to have fun together. Staying for only one day is not enough. I didn’t get to use many facilities. Next time I come, I must stay for two days! !
