The hotel is located between Tarragona and Salou, within a 5-minute drive from both PortAventura and Ferrari theme parks. Neat and beautiful environment and comfortable sleep. There are many specialty restaurants downstairs.

Servicio de limpieza inexistente, cuarto de baño lleno de pelos el suelo la bañera y la pared, el gerente debería revisar esto, y poner una solución, no se merece ninguna Estrella, recepción y bar muy atentos. Llegamos por la noche y desde las 15.00 han tenido tiempo de pasar a limpiar la habitación, las camas estaban hechas al menos 🥲

Clients fidèles depuis 8 ans, nous avions connu, pour ce 4* normes espagnoles (3*?), la période Aténéa puis rachat Accor Mercure puis somme retournés du 8 au 13 août maintenant que cet hôtel est sous label Portaventura. Dommage de constater que l'établissement se délabre progressivement et sommes témoins de l'absence ou du trop peu d'investissements depuis 8 ans. Les points les plus critiques restent les défauts de sécurité nombreux tels que baie vitrés donnant sur extérieur non verrouillable et coffre fort de la chambre HS (tous deux signalés et aucune action ou retour) avec le summum d'un parking sous contrôle d'accès et vidéo dans lequel notre véhicule (comme 2 autres) ont été fracturés dans la nuit du 10 au 11 août (fréquent d'après le personnel de ménage) La relation client est alors révélatrice et, dans ce cas, unique remise d'un formulaire à leur retourner et, depuis cette date, aucun contact malgré plusieurs relances. A 175 euros la nuit, dont 12 payés pour un parking soit disant sécurisé, l'absence totale de relation avec un client ayant subit un préjudice n'est pas au niveau d'une société, à fortiori sous label Portaventura. Un regret et des conditions de non retour car nous sommes plus selon nous désormais sur un 2*, avec conditions de sécurité à vos risques et périls, et uniquement si vous n'avez pas besoin de réponse à des questions que vous seriez amenés à poser.

Très bien localisé pour les personnes intéressées par le parc PortAventura. Parking sous terrain gratuit. La chambre était grande et propre mais il y avait de d’humidité dans la salle de bain. En résumé ça va ! Rien d’exceptionnel non plus.

Una experiencia positiva, ambiente agradable, todo limpio y personal muy amable. La media pensión está correcta, quizá un poco escasa según a la hora que vayas al comedor. Para alojarte cerca de Port Aventura una buena opción, tienen autobuses gratuitos que te llevan hasta allí. Volveremos seguro, ahorras bastante más que sí vas a los hoteles del Parque Port Aventura. No dudéis en conocer este hotel.
