You stay here for the experience not the quality of the hotel! This place is kitsch and a wonderful relic of the cold War! Stayed here twice as part of a group tour and was charmed by the haphazard nature of the place! Reception is a vast space with plenty of seating and a bar at one end. You can get cold beer here that you can take away to your room. Both rooms we had were large with twin beds at one end and a loungue type area at the other. The major bonus was we had a balcony each time; great views from the higher floors and a good place to hang out some washing! The first room the balcony was accessible from two doors, the second room had one door blocked with a chest of drawers and the handle removed! Bathrooms are a bit dated and you sometimes have to wait for hot water! Not all rooms have balconies so you might need to request. The money exchange was really useful, although they wouldn't change local currency back again. The rooftop bar is actually the top floor as opposed to on the roof but the windows open in and you get great city views. Breakfast buffet is excellent, especially the omlette chef! Location of the hotel is also strong, metro just to right of entrance and lots of attractions, bars and restaurants in walking distance. A couple of reviews say Reception staff don't speak great English - you can get round this with Google translate so not a big deal. We also had two people on our two given each others passports - the onus is definitely on you to check!If you don't mind quirky this hotel is for you!

В номерах стандартный набор принадлежностей ”шампунь, гель для душа, зубная щётка, мыло, тапочки, халат”. В номере чисто. Отель находится очень удобно: с одной стороны вокруг жилые дома и тихо, но с другой можно дойти пешком до центра или Magic city через частные дома. Рядом есть автобусная остановка, где автобусы каждые 15 ездят и можно таким образом доехать до центра города

The milk for breakfast is also delicious. The small cake cut into pieces and dipped in sauce suits my taste. It’s a pity that I slept in today! I must get up early to have breakfast tomorrow😆😆

There was a trash bag in front of the window, and it didn't smell, but when I asked him to clean it up out of frustration, he did it kindly and was willing to work and help. The hallway is a very noisy one, so the 2nd floor is best for individuals or couples who want to stay quietly, and the 1st floor is better for friends who want to hang out. The air conditioner is good and doesn't have any smell. There is an extra space like a yard that can be used as a parking lot, but it would be nice to create a separate smoking area on the far side of the building so that cigarette smoke does not come inside.

Отличная гостиница. Все чисто, уютно, сделано со вкусом. Приятный дизайн, новая мебель, белоснежные полотенца. Персонал вежливый и дружелюбный. Всегда готовы помочь в любом вопросе, отвечали на все вопросы, возникшие во время нашего проживания, что создаёт приятную атмосферу. К уборке нареканий не было. В гостинице предоставляют бесплатным Wi-Fi интернет с очень хорошей скоростью, не только на территории гостиницы но и в номерах а также имеется парковка. На завтрак предоставляют богатый ассортимент сыров, мясо- копченных и кондитерских изделий, фрукты нескольких видов, 2 вида каш и блюда из национальной кухни. несколько видов кофе и большой ассортимент напитков и чая. В гостинице также имеется места для фотосесий и проведения романтического ужина для влюблённых пар и для тех кто желает быть связанными узами брака. Обязательно вернусь в Shaxjahon hotel.

The breakfast area is small with only three tables (for four or six people), so you may have to share a table during busy times. There is no elevator, so the staff carried our luggage for us. Most of the staff were very kind.

We enjoyed staying at the hotel, came for 4 days in April for business/leisure activities. Rooms are clean, food is tasty, staff is plate and friendly. Barman was so kind to prepare lemon and ginger tea for me. Cleaning lady Maftuna made my stay pleasantly clean
