Upon arrival at the hotel, I was happy to hear the familiar Mandarin in a new destination from the friendly manager/owner. After seeing my booking's printout, the manager mentioned that I had booked a wrong room, to be exact, a single room. I told him that my printout clearly stated a double room for two persons and with breakfast for two. His local worker went through the printout and confidently said I had booked a single room. Finally, it was my turn to explain to them in both Mandarin and English. I told them the amount of payment may look small(over RM170), which is almost equivalent to RMB280. Now, the manager must have woken up from his sleep that my friend and I were not mainland Chinese but Malaysians. Immediately, he said my booking was now correct. Soon after, he asked for another 110,000 Som/about RMB63 for local taxes, which I duly paid. The App, Trip.com, had never mentioned this amount when I did the booking. Perhaps Trip.com had overlooked this matter. This post is not to insinuate something negative about the hotel reception on the day of my check-in but to point out that don't judge a book by its cover, namely a smaller amount of a currency may be very deceptive if the reader jumps into conclusion that a Mandarin speaking guest is always from China.

the room is very small. toilet and shower are shared, male and female. for this price it is very expensive. not a very good impression. waited for the morning to leave faster

The hotel is just okay. It had a “hostel” vibe. It’s in a convenient location to reach the airport. I didn’t stay the night as I had a 2am flight but I spent the day here. The girl who checked me in was a bit strange and wasn’t able to tell me if there was pharmacy nearby. The shower didn’t heat up so had to have a cold shower before the airport. Also, there’s a rooster somewhere nearby which kept crowing.

The room is very clean and tidy. The owner is very friendly and helpful! I recommend this place and I will stay here again in the future if I come back to Uzbekistan.

Horrible hotel, I do not recommend it to anyone. Rooms are rented out by the hour to representatives of the oldest profession, the rooms are dirty, there is a disgusting smell of a mixture of alcohol, fumes, cigarette smoke (although the room is for non-smokers and there is a corresponding sign) and sweat glands, which will never disappear, smelly towels, mold in the bathroom. For breakfast we were offered the remains of incomprehensible dishes, the assortment indicated in the photo in the hotel description does not correspond to reality, the dining room and kitchen are in terrible unsanitary conditions. The hotel corridors are dirty and the flooring is torn. Well, if you have chosen the niche of renting out ************ rooms by the hour and for the night, then the question arises: why rent out rooms through an aggregator and inflate your reviews. We arrived from Samarkand late in the evening tired, spent the night and left in the morning. I am attaching a photo.

Facilities: The room is spacious, the shower water is big but hot and cold, the toilet in the bathroom has no toilet seat, and the wifi is unstable. Hygiene: The hygiene is good when I checked in, but I stayed for two days and there was no cleaning on the second day. Environment: The location is good, within 3 kilometers of the scenic spot and the railway station. Service: Average. The Chinese breakfast in the restaurant is good, which is a highlight.

The room is clean and tidy, the store service staff is friendly, it is convenient to eat around, the air conditioning in the room is very good, the surrounding is quiet, and there is a convenience store opposite.

Affordable price, clean and hygienic, friendly young man, it's a Chinese hotel, many Chinese people stay here for a long time for business trips, the environment is good, and it's convenient to take a taxi. The lowest rate is still to stay here!

You can add the hotel's WeChat account before departure. Airport pick-up service is provided. Even though we arrived in the early morning, airport pick-up is still provided. In addition, the staff has a good attitude and is willing to answer questions.

The economical price is not higher than expected, but the attitude of the staff does need to be improved. The English reception level is average, and the breakfast is the same every day. I can only say that if you don't have high requirements, you can consider it.

Chinese people don't cheat Chinese people. The owner and management of the hotel are all Chinese, and most of the guests are also Chinese. The front desk manager Fan is very nice. Seeing that I had a flight at night, he helped me check out late and drove me to the airport. Recommended to stay!

This is the second day I stayed at this hotel. As soon as I entered the door, I saw the hotel manager arguing with the locals and calling the police. It turned out that one of our compatriots was extorted dozens of dollars by the local driver, and the manager came forward to help him get justice. It is commendable that the hotel manager can deal with it himself. It is righteous. This hotel is really a home for Chinese people in the local area. Although the local staff at the front desk are not so fluent in English and Chinese, they can basically communicate. Besides, there are Chinese employees. Of course, the hotel also has a considerate airport pick-up service. But the domestic new energy vehicle picks you up at the airport. Service: Chinese and foreign employees are very friendly.
