It is exellent for small hotel with 3 staars, 7 minutes walking distance is metro, staff is helpfull, you just have to be ready speak twice, if they do not understand. Pool and sauna are small place, have to be booked advance, but it is clean and plesant as well

We lived with our family for three weeks at the Velara Hotel and we liked it because it was very clean and beautiful and the staff was smiling and always polite. Breakfast is delicious, fresh and varied. The windows are huge and the view from the window is amazing. The gym is large and there are many different machines. We also liked the SPA, there is a sauna and hammam and a swimming pool. This is the kind of hotel I want to return to.

Not a bad hotel if you don't have to travel anywhere. The staff is friendly and always helpful. The rooms are fully equipped. In the morning they serve a good breakfast, a gym is included (very good for a hotel). There are several authentic catering establishments nearby. 5-7 minutes to the metro. Of the minuses: my window faced the side of the mosque and even with the windows closed you could hear the mullah. The maid did not always update the supplies (soap, paper) and towels. Approximately 80 people stayed at this hotel as part of a project and we encountered many problems because we were crowded. However, Velera Hotel staff solved all the problems without losing their smiles. They did their best to help. The rooms are clean, the food is good, the hotel is new. You should definitely choose it. I would like to thank all the employees here. It was a perfect experience for us☺️

A quiet hotel but in a convenient and central area. Our room was not very large but very clean, functional and with every comfort. I was struck by the modern/kitchy style (for example the golden bathrooms on the lower floor). Very friendly and super helpful staff, the real strong point of the hotel. Good buffet breakfast. Recommended to everyone.

EXPERIENCE STAYED IN VELARA HOTEL AT TASHKENT, UZBEK. Alhadullilah i found good service with welcoming nature from all hotel staff. very neat and clean. Near by this hotel u can find masjid and supermarket at walkable distance. THANKS FOR ALL STAFF LIKE MR. JASUR AND SHAHZAD. pleasant feeling to stay at velara hotell!!!!!!
