I fully recommend Aden Hotel Te Anau as a stop over for those heading up to Milford Sound. Beautifully situated near Lake Te Anau , peaceful environment, value for money and good location with restaurants, cafes and a supermarket within walking distant. Upon arrival, politely greeted by Irene, who showed us to our room, giving us a guide to the road to Milford Sound and attractions along the way. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Irene for her service.

Family run, clean and spacious. Shower jet a bit too strong and not adjustable.

The bed is comfortable and well maintained. The kitchen is old but can still handle meals easily. Overall, I am very satisfied. The service is very good and allowed us to store our luggage and pick it up when we return from the fjord.

It was said that my boyfriend had missing a camera tripod and the hotel staff was kind and quick to help me deliver it to my final accommodation. Very grateful🫶🏻

The environment is quiet and peaceful, the room has complete facilities, the bed is soft and comfortable, and the owner is friendly and kind. You can cook, do some simple shopping at the nearby supermarket, and have a good meal after returning to the hotel!

It was raining when I checked in from Milford Sound, and I felt warm as soon as I entered the room. Very warm decoration, different from other motels. All good!

Clean and tidy, two rooms, two beds, one large and one small, in snow-white style, very refreshing. The kitchen and tableware are complete, but unfortunately there is no range hood. I don't dare to cook barbecue for fear of the smell, so I can only use the oven.
