We were there three days. On the first day, in particular, the service was rather hollow in the gastronomy. However, there were also two wedding celebrations that probably needed a large part of the staff. On the second and third day the service was much better but did not reach the level of the pre-corona time. Otherwise it was very nice there as always, the rooms were very well maintained and also very clean. The location is of course unique. The breakfast is very extensive and excellent. The offer of the other restaurants in the hotel also corresponds to the level of the hotel. We were overall very satisfied.

We came on the recommendation of a German friend, and we were surprised and delighted with this ”hidden” hotel in the Bavarian countryside. It is both sophisticated and family friendly. We were in from California with a 7 and 9 year old boys, and they loved the area set aside for children. Specially the trampolines. ! We went biking and everyone enjoyed the cold plunge and sauna. Also the pools! The staff, the food and the rooms and grounds are just glorious.

The hotel room was great. Fantastic view and wonderful staff. The beds are comfy and the bathroom has heated floors. The breakfast is very typical German food which is exactly what I wanted to experience. I recommend making dinner reservations at this hotel if you decide to dine there. Just a side note. The spa was closed Sunday and Monday. So if you’d like to book a massage I recommend doing it ahead of time. Otherwise the pool area and the saunas were great. Going back to the staff, ash-vannah ( the wonderful receptionist) was so informative and so welcoming. I recommend talking to her for tips and advice on the area. I recommend visiting the Slyrs distillery. Take the tour and taste some of the best whiskey in the area.

Accueil excellent. Bel hôtel pour séminaires. La chambre belle et propre. Demander une chambre au calme car des routes passent assez près de l'hôtel. Repasdu soir bon mais cher 29 euros pour une petite truite et 29 euros pour un poisson. Donc à voir peut-être un restaurant dans les environs. Le service était excellent. Petit dejeuner très bon et copieux. Très bon café, différents pains, fromages, œufs, charcuteries etc. Pour loger et petit déjeuner c'est parfait

We recently just ended our stay in Bad Aibling for 4 days and Das Lindner is amazing!!! The staff goes above and beyond to make your stay incredible. Definitely recommend the suites as they are spacious, beds are beyond comfortable and rooms are very clean with great working amenities. The restaurant and breakfast are also first class and Lucas goes above and beyond in making your stay amazing.

Das Hotel ist ein absolutes Nichtraucherhotel. Ich wurde bereits bei der Ankunft belehrt, dass Rauchen überall verboten ist. Nicht mal auf dem eigenen Balkon darf man rauchen. Auf Nachfrage meinte die Chefin, falls sie mich erwischt, dass ich am Balkon rauche, würde sie mich ”höflich bitten”, das Hotel zu verlassen. Anscheinend musste Sie mir gegenüber Ihre Macht demonstrieren. Das Personal stand ja dabei. Ich bin ein sehr verträglicher Mensch und hätte mir von einer Chefin mehr Herzlichkeit, Diplomatie und eine nettere Ausdrucksweise gewünscht. Sicher hat Sie das Hausrecht und das Hotel ist auch als Nichtraucherhotel ausgeschrieben, wie so viele andere auch. Trotzdem hat man in anderen Hotels die Möglichkeit an 2 bis 3 gemütlichen Ecken zu rauchen und ich hatte noch nie Probleme, am eigenen Balkan rauchen zu dürfen. In diesem Fall sollte man auf der Homepage und in den einzelnen Buchungsportalen wirklich vermerken, dass Rauchen nirgends erlaubt ist, sonst wird man nämlich rausgeschmissen. Der einzige, ausgewiesene Platz zum Rauchen ist direkt vor der Haupteingangstüre, was ich, sogar als Raucher, ziemlich merkwürdig und unpassend finde. Da ich absoluter Wellnessfan bin, habe ich mich im Vorfeld telefonisch erkundigt, ob es, wie schon meist üblich, auch eine Textilsauna gibt. Die Frage wurde bejaht. Beim Einchecken stellte sich komischerweise heraus, dass dem nicht so sei. An der Rezeption wurde auf Nachfrage, seitens mir, gesagt, wir können an einem bestimmten Platz nachmittags etwas essen und zwar im Bademantel. Der Kellner meinte aber dann, wenn schon Leute da sitzen, die ”ordentlich” gekleidet sind, ist es nicht erwünscht sich mit dem Bademantel dazuzusetzen. Der Wellnessbereich ist lieblos gestaltet und nicht für intensives Relaxen ausgelegt. Es gibt nirgends Massagedüsen für den Rücken oder den Nacken, wie von anderen Wellnesshotels gewohnt. Die Temperatur des Aussenpools ist zu kalt. Im Aussenbereich der Poolanlage lagen mehrere Zigarettenstummel herum. Vielleicht sollte man in einer kleinen Ecke doch einen Aschenbecher aufstellen! Da im Hotel nur Halbpension angeboten wird, hat man in der Nähe des Poolbereichs keine Möglichkeit zwischendurch einen kleinen Imbiss einzunehmen. Man müsste sich dafür extra umziehen und eine längere Strecke in Kauf nehmen. Das ist sehr ungemütlich und ich bin von einem 4-Sterne-Hotel einen besseren Service gewöhnt. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Allgemein ist die Stimmung im ganzen Hotel sehr gedrückt und kühl. Wahrscheinlich haben alle Angst vor der Chefin, die ein sehr herrisches und unsympathisches Auftreten hat. Mir viel nur 1 Dame an der Rezeption auf, die höflich und nett war. Ich muß noch erwähnen, dass das Abendessen gut war und die Kellner im Restaurant echt in Ordnung sind. Die Einfahrt zur Tiefgarage ist sehr eng, Für tiefergelegte Autos überhaupt nicht zu empfehlen. We had chosen the brewery guesthouse as a standing area to explore the closer environment. A good choice, because the hotel has everything you want as guest. The very well-managed, in Bayer style furnished house offers not only tasty rooms, but also excellent service and the much-promised Bayer quality of life. Free parking on the ground or in the surrounding streets. Check-in was professional, premature and very friendly. Our suite was located in the neighborhood (the Lords House), where we could also use a comfortablely furnished large living room. We were enthusiast of the tasty and high quality setting of our suite. All was consistent. Also the big bathroom with windows convinced. Sufficient box available. Safe is not suitable for laptop. Although located on the street and next to the church it was pleasantly quiet. Breakfast is served in the main house as in old times. No buffet dishes! The evening restaurant offers “Fine Dining”. In a neighborhood, a rustic restaurant with a beer garden is located. Also here there are very good Bavarian food at reasonable prices. Concluded: We can recommend the hotel fully further.
