First of all the reception of the hotel didn't have any knowledge of English, and no access to international booking sites i was waiting for 8 hours till they received my booking, it wasn't clean and the beds were smelly and i found my mattress had blood stains ( as in the photo). Not recommended at all prices are higher than other hotels and services are more expensive. A bottle of water costs 20 times more than nearby shop.

I went there at night. The gate was a little hard to find. The history shows that it is a four-star hotel. It is relatively old. But it is cheap. There is a subway, attractions and breakfast nearby.

Never stay at this hotel!!!!! Never! 1) When leaving, they deceived me and said that I took 2 bottles from the minibar. I didn't take anything. They tricked me into paying and didn’t give me my passport (in Iran they take your passport away upon check-in). 2) Instead of 2 rooms with large beds, they gave 2 rooms with small beds. They pretended that they didn’t understand anything; even our translator couldn’t come to an agreement. In my room they moved 2 small beds together and said that now it is big and you can sleep in the hole between the beds. They didn't count the money. 3) there were no blankets or towels, you need to ask for them separately. Then they brought 1 towel. 1 towel and that's it! 4) the staff is rude. 5) the hotel is dirty and in ruins. For this money you can rent 100,000 times better on the next street. Never!!!! Never move here. Thieves, deceivers.

Actually, I didn't stay there because Pakistan asked China to have a bulletproof car and security accompanying them. The hotel's attitude was really bad. They refused to communicate with my colleague, who was staying there. It was very convenient for Ctrip to book a hotel remotely, which solved my work issues. I commented mainly for the points.

Staff who care little about customer requests. Need to restart several times to get what you ask for. Swimming pool under construction, therefore not accessible, not specified at the time of booking. 3 star hotels are better than this 4 star.

The first night I arrived, the central air conditioner in the house on the right after the elevator came out had enough hot air, but the house on the left where I lived did not have hot air, and there was no hot water for bathing. The problem was resolved the next morning. The breakfast is not rich, but the price of this hotel is very cheap, and the breakfast is already good. There is no bread, only pancakes. The pancakes are very hard and chewy and cannot be chewed directly. The most delicious thing is to spread the Iranian breakfast special dish tomato scrambled egg paste thickly on top of the chewy hard pancakes, and the pancakes become soft and easy to bite. Yes, it’s delicious.

I asked for my room to be cleaned 5 times and each time I was told that the staff were busy! Call tomorrow!!! My room was never cleaned!! The breakfast restaurant was the worst and filthiest restaurant I have ever seen in my life! You lose your appetite there, full of flies, never a milk container had milk Only staff had respect and tried to be friendly. Not recommended. They should learn to clean and be reliable again, guests should not ask for cleaning!

The service was very bad. No room cleaning was done in the 5 days of my stay. Even though I asked for room cleaning, they said they would do it halfway and completed 5 days. Bathroom shampoo, soap and towels were not available for 4 days except the first day. Breakfast is between 7-10 am. When we usually went down to breakfast at 9, there was no tea for 4 days. When we request it, they say it's over. There was nothing missing for breakfast on the last day.

The rooms are dirty, sheets are synthetic, there are no bathroom equipment, there is only one towel in the room, like sandpaper.

I went to the hotel to rest, but the room and bed were not clean. In the hallway, people were busy with renovation all day and fuel oil smelled all the time, so I changed my hotel on the day without saying anything because my woman had passed through the heating oil. There was blood on the bed. They asked me to pay for the bed even though the blood was not ours, and told us that blood cannot be cleaned with water and that you have to pay a million tomans.
