El spa y el restaurante muy bien. Excelente atención. Se supone que es un lugar para descansar sin ruidos molestos. En la noche se oía cada minuto un ruido como de una bomba de agua que prendía y apagaba. Una pesadilla. No hay aire acondicionado (no es un problema ) pero al abrir el balcón se metieron los moscos porque no hay mosquiteros. El calor era muy intenso. Una de las mañanas a las 8 am nos despertó música tecno y voces con micrófono de un evento que había en el hotel… lástima porque es un lugar muy hermoso, pero no cumplió con la finalidad de ser un espacio para el adecuado descanso, al menos en esta ocasión.

Cuando buscamos un hotel spa esperamos un lugar de tranquilidad, relajación y silencio y al contrario organizan grupos con actividades toda la tarde y noche con música a todo volumen, dinámicas en que la gente está gritando afuera de nuestra habitación a las 11:47pm

El lugar es un verdadero vergel en Tepoztlán. Dado que en el pueblo hay poco qué ver, planear la estancia como un “retiro” para relajarse y descansar es como luce más la experiencia. El SPA, la alberca, los jardines las vistas espectaculares del Tepozteco, la cocina, los muchos lugares para sentarse a leer, orar y meditar, el que el hotel sea sólo para adultos, petfree y libre de humo son sólo algunos de los muchos detalles sideñados para una estancia espectacular. No hace falta salir del hotel pero si eres amante de conocer lugares diferentes para comer, hay buenas opciones a corta distancia del hotel.

El hotel es divino, la comida excelente… pero la cama, el gimnasio, y el servicio del spa son terribles. No pude dormir las 5 noches que estuvimos, a pesar de que hicieron el esfuerzo por cambiarnos de cama… resultó peor!
En el gimnasio, no habìa aire acondicionado y ningún día limpiaron la basura generada por los huéspedes!
Finalmente, la terapeuta que me dió masaje terminó 20 minutos antes de la hora en que debía terminar…pagué por 80 minutos bien caro y sólo recibí 60 min…
La verdad me vine con muy mal sabor de boca por estas experiencias a pesar de la amabilidad de la gente y lo hermoso del lugar.

Lo mejor del viaje fue la comida y la clase de meditación. Esperas estar en un espacio rodeado de verde y Me tocó una terrible habitación :(. exageradamente oscura, y con decoración de muy mal gusto aparte de lejana a lo verde. El masaje terrible… malo malo malo. Me ponía aceite, masajeaba rápido, se iba por más aceite, masajeaba rápido, iba por más aceite…. Un buen masaje no separa las manos del cuerpo del cliente. Y al inicio debería preguntar “le gustaría que me enfoque en algún área en especial? Cualquier comentario con toda confianza” por su acelere no preguntó, no se puso al servicio del cliente. Me ofrecieron un recorrido del hotel, y cuando lo pedí, me contesta la del lobby “será express porque en fin de semana todos estamos ocupados”. ***Te alejas del acelere de la CDMX y en el hotel todos los que trabajan aquí tienen prisa. Relación calidad precio 0. Muy caro para lo que es. Pagué $10mil mxn por dos noches. :(
