The location is very good and quiet, very close to the scenic spots and the beach, 5 minutes away, it is great to watch the sunrise and sunset. The location of the hotel is excellent, 2 minutes to the embankment. The staff is friendly.
I booked a room for 68 euros per night with breakfast, this is a great price.
Of the minuses:
- cockroaches and
- old renovation
- the hotel photos have not been updated for a long time
- they serve the same thing for breakfast
- there was a smell of sewage in the rooms

Located in the centre of Thessaloniki and this is an advantage for those they want to walk and see the city centre. Rooms are really very small but all the employees of the hotel are always trying to help you and do whatever they can with a smile. At the beginning our room located in the first floor and to be honest we were shocked when we enter room as has nothing to do or look to the room advertised in the official web of the hotel. Next day morning we explain to the polite lady of the reception and she arrange another room for us in the third floor that was similar to the one advertised in the web. For specific hotel you get what you pay.

Clean & bright room. Bed & pillows very comfortable. Was unwell when arrived after upset stomach , they were extremely helpful bringing tea & toast to my room. Excellent service & location . Staff friendly. Would definitely recommend this hotel if passing through thessaloniki.

The hotel is in a great location to leave the car and enjoy the city on foot. close to shops and restaurants and the seafront. clean, with all the comforts and staff available to satisfy any requests. the only flaw is that in the area it is difficult to park, the only solutions are paid garage or a square, always paid, right in the square parallel to the hotel.
