Everything was fine as expected from a budget hotel. Receptionists were nice, although they can’t really speak English. The only issue upon check in was that I was asked to pay the hotel fees again even if I already prepaid online. They said that they did not charge the card when i made the prepayment as it was only meant to reserve the rooms. So i paid right then and there at the reception once again. Then this morning, i check that both cards (the one used for prepayment and the one used at the reception) were actually charged. Now, i have duplicate payments which I’m still tryint to resolve with Trip customer service. In addition, we were suddenly awoken the next morning due to all the noise right outside our door. Somebody was shouting/talking so loudly and kept banging things. When i opened the door, it was the housekeeping lady. What is the purpose of putting the “do not disturb” sign on the door if the person who’s not supposed to disturb you is actually disturbing you from directly outside your room. This is the first time i have met such a loud housekeeper and the first time a housekeeper did not greet “good morning” eventhough we met eye-to-eye.

by late arrival easy to miss the elevator activation procedure (press activate & call- to connect with reception) and you have to climb up to the 6th floor. Next hussle the payment of 75€ deposit for the room payable by credit card but no amex 🙈🙈🙈 So it wasnt possible as with my german debit card it never worked in france too 🙈🙈 Finally after messaging the boss n waiting his reply it was possible to pay cash for the deposit…..and dont forget you are in france so tourist tax have to be paid as well 🙈😬😬 lets see how the breakfast will be tomorrow morning. clean room but no fridge, glasses or any nice complimentries/ greenery in the steril room.

It gives eveything you need, free and nice parking, clean room and bathroom. However it is very basic, very small room size and no shampoo and shower gel. All in all, good quality for its price.

Clean, with Parking, big rooms, the only negative poor English but c'est la France.

Hotel sympa

Warm welcome, clean and air-conditioned room. I wouldn't talk about the bedding (too hard, too soft, etc.) because that is only a feeling in relation to our habits. The important thing is that we slept well and frankly for the price we are well worth the stay. We will come back to it during our visit to THIONVILLE

The hotel is very easily accessible from the highway and ideal for a stopover. In terms of hygiene, it could be a little better (a lot of dust) and the shower head should be descaled. Furthermore, we had a great stay and the staff is also friendly.

nice hotel. I was alone and the room was sufficient. large parking lot. frankly quite quiet despite being placed next to the highway. pleasant staff just one downside, there were pipe problems so sewer smells in the bathroom and the window could only be opened by the staff, which is disturbing when you want to get some fresh air during the day.

The worst hotel I visited.. refusal to give me my room for an absurd reason Hygiene to review; floor not scrubbed, hair still present in the shower, dirt stains on the walls + cloths folded on the reception counter by reception staff in front of customers... Unusable bunk beds missing 3 screws + cracks everywhere The rooms are real freezers, it must have been 15 or 16 degrees maximum + air passing through the window and no heating… And the manager who thinks she’s the head of the establishment… To flee

Horrible reception, the waitress was unfriendly, she has no competence to work in customer service

Hotel to avoid many negative points and very few positives overall.
