Hotel is good. But their hot water system is not stable. I stayed 3 nights. And had 3 times hot water not coming in taps. Good decent aproach from staff and recptionist. But they have to fix their facilities. They just say solar heater not working. They gave hot water via bucket. But when u pay u need facilities appropriately

Rooms were clean staff was good. Location wise very easy to reach any where. Taxis are available in just 100 mtr from the hotel.

Approach road to the hotel is in a horrible condition and not at all commutable for vehicles and pedestrians

Hot water was not working on all 3 days even after complaining multiple times. They didn't have buffet breakfast and they start breakfast only at 8:00, even that after ordering, comes at 8:45, with tea and coffee being cold. I prefer buffet breakfast and it will be better if buffet is not available be written in the description

The maid ensured my room was immaculate on a daily basis and the receptionist was very friendly and also extremely helpfull.

Located in the vibrant city of trivndrm this hotel offers a peaceful atmosphere, very good hospitality, and breathtaking views. Its luxurious accommodations and entertainment options make it a prime destination for both casual visitors and high rollers. The staffs are very helpful and well helpful. Enjoyed the stay well

We stayed 3 nights here 1. As i booked a double occupancy room i expected beds to be seperate. They said it cannot be done 2. As the hotel runs on solar power you dont get hot water shower on case you have to bathe early morning 3. The road was dug up right in front of the hotel and when we had to get down from the car none of the bell boys came forward to assist with the luggage 4. The restaurant in the hotel looks like a bar and family folks don't find it good to sit and have lunch/dinner there 5. The room i stayed in dint have a rod for the hangers in the wardrobe 6. Bed mattress was hard as stones 7. Room was quite spacious and toilets were clean 8. In room service is good
