照片是其他地方的，喝酒的有些相似就用了，在南開區，價位就還不錯了，裏地鐵站周邊都是小吃店，南開税務局對面，離地鐵站不算近，酒店有停車場，不過挺緊張，開店時間不算短了，設施有些舊了。

房間有點小，不過床很大，感覺酒店比較老舊，設施一般，衞生一般，第一天無線網不行，投影也用不了，打完電話過了半小時也沒人回覆，自己下樓找前台，給換了一間一摸一樣的房間！畢竟價格在這裏，也不能跟兩三百的比，總體來説還行吧！

為了孩子中考考試離考場近而預訂的，預訂時看錯了，訂成了不可退訂的房間。孩子考場訊息出來之後，得知考場變了，想退訂，才發現定錯了。
給酒店打電話，一開始是推諉，讓我找攜程去，説這個事情跟酒店沒關係；聯繫攜程，攜程機器人小助手回覆讓我跟酒店自行協商；再次找到酒店，酒店態度很不好，説話很強硬，説不能退；又找到攜程人工客服，終於有個正常態度的人了，幫忙跟酒店協商了兩次，未果。
其實整個事情下來，確實是我自己的原因造成的訂單預訂錯誤，花600多塊錢買個教訓，也不是不能接受。但是，整個溝通過程給我的感覺就是，作為服務行業人員，酒店服務真的是非常不專業，哪怕你語氣稍微好一點，態度緩和一點，我都不至於在這裏寫下這段文字來告知其他客人你的不專業。
看其他人評論，這個酒店應該是私人開的小酒店，説是酒店，充其量也就是以前的賓館吧，所以管理水平和人員素質也就那麼回事，對於服務水平有一些要求的朋友，慎選。
我衹是客觀描述過程和感受，看到評論的朋友請自行判斷。
