Outstanding stay and hospitality

The general health situation is better, the environment is better, and the food is better. The location is on the edge of the city, behind the mountain, relatively quiet. The food is really good and worth recommending.

This is the first and last time to stay at this hotel again. The network is poor, and it is said that there is no personal shadow in the industry. The rice is expensive and unpalatable. I won’t come here to live in the future.

Service was average, food was average, and rooms are below average as all rooms were without windows. If guest prefer rooms with windows, avoid this hotel. If guests do not need windows, consider this hotel and overall hotel is average for Tirupati. Service is low due to the negligent attitude of pilgrimage location. TV was not working and it took a longtime to even turn on and show channels.

Rooms are neat and clean. Room service is good. Complimentary breakfast was okay. They can add the one or two more variety like fruits and juice. Restaurant is okay. For those people who travel-ling by their own car, location of this hotel is nice. For those people not having their own car and depend on public or last minute cabs - location of this hotel is far from balaji bus stand. You will have to walk 2 km for the same. Ola cabs are available. If you want to try other pure veg restaurant, then you have to walk again for 1-2 km.

Location close to bus stand. Very good. Room ambiance and comfort. Very good. Hot water 24 hrs excellent. Service staff. Good. Things which can be improved. 1. Wash room floor slippery. Risky for elders. Needs replacement with with non slip tiles. 2. Toilet flush button. Very hard. To be replaced. 3. For people who book room on line with 100% advance payment should be given 24 hours stay from time of arrival (this was denied for us as per present rules.

Nice staff. They are very friendly. Quick to respond. Rooms are spacious. Hotel is commutable to all locations. Transport is available. I highly recommend to all. I would also thanks make my trip.

Stay for one afternoon and night. Location was in a narrow street but ideal for visit to temples and reaching station etc with good food outlets nearby. Service was ok and lift facility available was good. Satisfied with stay for a brief trip. Tariff was ok in a tourist place.

I think it is a very convenient location for transportation. The hotel was kind and I had a good rest. The room was large enough. This is a hotel I definitely want to stay next time.
