It is located in the inthe living archipelago community of Skärhamn on the west side of Tjörn.This is a perfect holiday home for a family or companies with highdemands on location and comfort. There are several pleasant outdoorpatios where you can relax and enjoy your holiday and the wonderfulsetting.The holiday home has two floors; on the ground floor you will find amodern kitchen, a spacious living room with TV corner and a beautifuldining area, along with an exit to a lovely patio with protecting roofand outdoor furniture. There is also a bathroom equipped with shower, WCand a laundry.While on the upper floor there are three bright bedrooms, whereof onehas an exit towards a balcony with outdoor furniture.There is an additional bathroom on the upper floor with tub and WC.Next to the holiday home you can find a private boathouse with bridgeonly 50m away, where you will probably sit and enjoy the majority ofyour holiday. Here you can enjoy the lovely panoramic view over the westsea or the rich boat life in first hand, start the day with a morningswim and later you can have a delicious “smorgasbord” with seafood.In the well decorated boathouse you can find a comfy sofa along with adinner table and a stair ladder to the spacious loft with two bedswithout bed legs (only one is on picture). The loft is not suitable forsmaller children. Please be ware of charging of electric cars are totally forbidden by using the electric power at the house.Only 400m from the child friendly bathing spot of Tubbevikens wherethere are cliffs, beach and a bridge. Here you can play in the sand andfish for crabs. Skärhamn has a rich entertainment- and culture life. Themost famous is the Nordic watercolor museum which is a centre forcontemporary art.
