Sake Hotel Tamakiya

4 First visit. Hot water, food, room, hospitality and everything is real. The marriage between local gastronomy and sake that can only be enjoyed here is a surprise every time, but I enjoy it slowly after taking a bath and take a bath again before going to bed. The beautiful breakfast with plenty of mountain blessings is not normal tomatoes! I feel the care that is carefully examined. This time it was raining in the room, but while watching the greenery of the mountains and the rain, I went out and entered the hot spring source of the medicinal hot water in the room. The rough skin has completely healed. It was a blissful holiday to watch movies and read books in the Quiet Luxury Room. I can't wait for the next time soon!
Ryounkaku Matsunoyama Onsen
4.5/52 Reviews
It is an inn located a little far from the Matsunoyama Onsen town. It is an inn of a member of the association that protects the secret hot springs of Japan. The main building is said to be a registered tangible cultural property, and it is a quaint wooden building. Walking down the corridors and stairs, you will hear a nostalgic sound of ”miss”. Not everything is old, and the shared toilets and washrooms are new and clean. I was expecting a bath because it says ”secret hot spring” ... The bath crosses the corridor and is located in the ”new building”. It's far. Also, since it is a reinforced building, it has no taste like the main building at all. Perhaps because of the corona, the futon is laid out in advance, so the desk is cleaned up on the side, and the room feels small. The large and medium baths are men and women exchanged, and they change before and after dinner. If you don't take a bath at least once before dinner, you'll lose either. In addition, there are few washing places in the middle bath, and there is no drainage groove near the faucet which seems to have been extended later, and the shampoo and soap flow as it is to the washing place around it, and it feels a little disgusting. The family bath is not watered, so it's very hot, but if you want to enjoy the source, I would like to take it once during my stay. The food was delicious mainly with wild plants.
