Tokoriki Island Hotels with Airport pickup service

When I went to the Maldives, I felt that the natural environment was too ordinary. The rooms are small and the details show the general management of the hotel. The front desk bill will be wrong. Please allow enough time for inspection. Staff service attitude is good, can be five stars. Go snorkeling five stars on a beach island in the middle of the sea! !!

Chinese family guests, I think 2 to 4 days on the island is not right, it is worth the accommodation experience. The accommodation on the island has its own characteristics, the house is very special, and the sea view is within easy reach. Very shallow beach. Fijian cultural activities with children on the island can participate, hair braiding is 120 RMB and 40 Fijian dollars. Children's buffet is 55 Fijian dollars and 165 RMB. Catering is a problem when taking the elderly, the food is too westernized, and there is no choice. If the elderly have taboos and high blood sugar, please consider carefully. There are 3 restaurants on the island, but often only one is open. The average head consumption is between 240 and 330 RMB per meal. For island expenses, make sure you have cash or multiple credit cards.

We are so grateful to everyone at Tadrai for giving us such a special and idyllic holiday. We were lucky to spend 5 nights here and enjoyed every minute. We feel sorry for anyone who had a less than 5 star experience. Our experience was better than 5 stars. The bures are huge and have everything you could need. If you fall asleep with the doors wide open you get to wake up to the most spectacular sunrise and stunning view. You don’t need a sandy beach right at the resort because you can be taken to your own private one every day if you like. Or walk around the corner to a stunning sandy beach if you really need it. Not only that, but the reef out the front of the resort gave me my favourite ever snorkelling experience- the wonderful Freddie took me out as my guide for about 1.5 hours of pure bliss. Speaking of, as many others have mentioned, the staff make this resort so truly special. They work so hard and yet always have energy left over to make you feel so welcome and looked after. I hope the owners know how lucky they are to have such brilliant all-rounders on their team and give them the credit they are due. As a vegetarian, Charles, Sam and Moses went out of their way to make sure I had something I wanted to eat. The food they made was not only delicious but wholesome and healthy. Unlike other all inclusive places, we didn’t leave feeling sick from overly, unnecessarily rich food. We were so well looked after by the fabulous F&B team - thank you Asa, Kasi, Vika, Vani and all the others we didn’t get to meet. The day trips are so luxurious and personalised. A special thank you to Kasi for being our literal hero, and the wonderful Rocky, Api, Masi, Freddie, Tiko and anyone else we missed for the best activities we have ever had on holidays. Thank you to darling Lavenia for the warmest and sweetest welcome and for resolving any minor issues immediately. Thank you to Nancy and Nash for all they did behind the scenes. Thank you to the gorgeous Lela who went above and beyond to look after us and make our room so special. Thank you to awesome Frisco and polymath Sam for serenading us and bringing so much joy. Thank you to dear Carlos for taking such good care of us. Great service! Great lunch and good dinner! They propose you the snorkelling with the sharks which is amazing! It is must do thing in Fiji and in life! They have also a good diving center and you can dive also with the sharks which is awesome The shared bathroom facility is really clean and new! Just a negative thing is the safari room, the tent room is great idea but it needs some adjustment and if it is windy you feel like you are sleeping after the stars! But If they improve the tents it is perfect! I liked also the cocktails and the guy at the bar was really funny!

Staff super genuinely kind, friendly and interested in our stay being the best. Delicious food at the restaurant at reasonable prices, fantastic service. Main pool big and well appointed with seating and shade. Kayaks available. Superb sunsets each night on the landing. Very historic location. Check out at 10 am was too early.

Overall a poor experience. Customer service. Most of the staff are nice and friendly and have the bula spirit, however our stay was tainted by some unfriendly staff at the main restaurant by the pool, which some of the staff don’t want to help providing baby chair and just forgot about the requests after all. The restaurant staff just simply looks very unhappy or tired for some reasons. We have met some very friendly face and lovely staff, but it was unfortunate the restaurant customer service is consistently horrible. Front desk staff shows don’t show the same level of hospitality as to other hotels we stay in Fiji. Room: It’s showing it’s aged but the view is fantastic and room is well equipped and spacious, it suits well for family with a plan to cook. We notified the staff that two of the pendant lights aren’t working on day one. Yet nothing is fixed until check out. Food: We try buffet breakfast and dinners at the main restaurant and also take away from the red Buddha restaurant. Breakfast is pretty standard and average considering it’s Hilton, we stay at many Hilton hotels before, the food is one of the worst experience we had, in particular the buffet dinner, choices are very limited, it’s pretty much just a corner of food , pretty subpar comparing to Sofitel or Sheraton. Overall. With similar price it is hard to recommend this hotel to family especially with kids, the staff seems to have too much trouble to handle the demand of young kids and didn’t stand up to the great Hilton branding which is a bit of a shame. Rooms got beautiful view, foods aren’t great. The only bright spot would be the spacious hotel room.

Xanadu, the sea view is superb. The food is good, suitable for relaxing yourself. The beach is great, the sand is round and doesn't cut your feet. The menu changes every day. It is rare for Chinese people to communicate in English. UnionPay does not support it. The Internet is only available in the restaurant and it is not reliable, but the wifi in their office is good and can be used in emergencies. On the island, you can email them to pick them up, or take the South China Sea cruise ship

Bula! This may have been our favorite vacation of all time, hands down. From the first moment we stepped foot on Waya island and were greeted by the welcome song of the incredible staff till the moment we tearfully left we felt cared for, appreciated, and absolutely relaxed and happy. Our check in was led by Moji, who should be the ambassador of the island if he isn’t already, he showed us to our bure which was beautiful and so clean. The outdoor private shower was incredible and we loved having our front porch to sit on at night and listen to the ocean (which was basically in our front yard). Over the course of the week we got to know a bunch of the staff, big Api, small Api, captain Jim and Mac, Ela, Sulu, Lui (restaurant) and Lui who taught us how to make bangals, Tiki who maintains the grounds, and so many more who’s names have escaped me. Every member of the staff was kind, caring, informative, friendly, and made us feel like family. The all inclusive food option was perfect, breakfast was delicious every day and had options for eggs and waffles etc and also a delicious fruit plate, lunch was light and healthy, and changed daily which also included a scrumptious dessert. (Do NOT miss those banana fritters they are killer.) Dinner was often fish with local vegetables and always included a starter and dessert as well. We loved that the food always felt (mostly) healthy and was different every day. It was also incredibly reasonably priced. They offer daily excursions that are very reasonably priced as well, we did several snorkeling trips and the sights were absolutely to die for. Do not miss this amazing resort!
