Despite a mishap on our first night when we returned from dinner to find our room uncleaned, the front desk manager promptly apologized and offered complimentary drinks. The head of housekeeping also personally apologized at breakfast and showered us with thoughtful gestures like a fruit platter and free laundry. Subsequently, our stay was faultless. Aman Tokyo also boasts stunning design and architecture and a strategic location near Otemachi station, Tokyo station, the Imperial Palace, and Ginza. Its awe-inspiring atrium leaves a lasting impression. The generously sized rooms, starting at 70 square meters, feature high ceilings throughout, with unforgettable views of the imperial gardens from the bed. Even the retractable TV showcases its thoughtful design, providing guests with an unobstructed view of the Tokyo skyline. The hotel's farewell was equally remarkable. Providing a complimentary hotel car transfer to Tokyo station, while being escorted by another staff member who went the extra mile to purchase our tickets, carry our luggage to the platform, store our luggage on the train and brought us to our seats. Undoubtedly, this luxury at Aman Tokyo comes at a price. However, delivers the sought-after wow factor for which its rates command. After all, Tokyo is one of the most expensive cities in the world. It’s really good place and location, everything is cleaned, but…to be honest , it’s impossible to stay there because of air , it’s too much people for so small space, so I stayed for tree nights in 8-bed room : there is no any possibility to open window, conditioner is not enough for air so I had to stay in another one places two nights on three because of it …an also it’s a big confused for sharing bathroom area woman/man , think it should be separated. Sorry for my review but it’s important

It was conveniently located near the west exit of Kanda Station, and we had a very comfortable stay. The luggage storage service was very helpful, and the receptionists were kind and made us feel comfortable. The only thing that bothered me was that the room was not cleaned properly.

前から気になっていた東京駅八重洲口至近のサービスアパートメント、この類いはアスコット丸の内を何度か利用しており、何となく心構えはできていた。 ・入口からセキュリティは厳重。自動ドアを開けるのもまずモニターに予約者名を伝える必要がある。 ・フロント横にラウンジあり。開放感のあるセンスのよいスペース。コーヒー類は自由に飲めるらしい。 ・バスタブがなくシャワーのみの部屋もあるようで、バスタブ有りで選んだらデラックススイートがそうらしく、入ったらすぐにコンパクトなキッチンとリビングルーム、奥が角部屋になっていてそこがベッドルーム、広いガラス張りの向こうに大丸が入っているグラントウキョウと東京駅八重洲口広場が見える 。この２つの部屋の間にバスルームと洗面、トイレと洗濯機、なんとビューバスになっていた。 ・リビングは広くはないが落ち受ける空間。Wi-Fiが弱いようで通信が時々途切れた。ベッドルームはカーテンを開け放すと大丸から覗かれそう。 ・パジャマは備え付けはないみたい、注文すると持ってきてもらえる。 ・高層階を希望したのだが真ん中より下の階だった。居住者もいるためか、或いは初利用だったからかはわからない。 この手の「ホテルではないがそれっぽい空間」だと承知していれば十分満足できる設え。フロントスタッフの皆さんも丁寧な対応だった。

Adequate room size, clean (comes with air filter), complete amenities are provided and then some. They also have a self-service, first-come-first-serve locker/baggage room in case you arrive early before check-in time ( I believe it's also available if you checked-out and require a place to leave your luggage before moving to your next destination). Location wise, although it was manageable, it's still quite a distance from Shinjuku Stn and can be a challenge if lugging a suitcase or traveling with a kid. Overall is was a good experience, a nice comfortable space worth its price tag.
