Just enough space for a family of 4. Good staff and service. Laundry included. Car park nearby. Microwave and fridge included. Shower is hot. Beds are clean.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this room. The room was excellent with its cleanliness and the staff members were incredibly friendly. The location was also perfect, offering convenience and accessibility. However, we must mention that there was a minor issue with the hot water pot as it had a water leakage problem. Despite reporting the issue, it unfortunately remained unresolved. Nevertheless, apart from this small inconvenience, the overall experience was fantastic, thanks to the wonderful room and ideal location.

The hotel is close to Nishi-Nippori. The transportation is very convenient. The rooms are very tidy and clean. There is also an open kitchen to prepare food for eating in the room. There is an AEON supermarket nearby the hotel, which is very convenient.

It is located next to the east exit of Nishi-Nippori Station. Don’t doubt that it is really next door. The first floor is a coffee shop + reception counter. The room is not big but it has all the necessary equipment, including a microwave, induction cooker, and refrigerator with freezing function. , and the bunk bed set also comes with colorful neon night lights...but it's a pity that there is no bathtub in it! Breakfast is a choice of yogurt or sandwich. There will be no active cleaning for consecutive stays. It seems that it will only be cleaned for one day after staying for four days. Trash and used towels must be placed at the door before ten o'clock every day! You need to go to the first floor to get supplies by yourself, it’s quite an apartment-style hotel!

A trip I took with my family♡ I liked it so much that it looked neat and had an unusual structure, so I made a reservation. As expected, satisfaction is high. Popo Sandwich is also close, so I could go there for two days^^ A place I want to stay next time I go. thank you for the good memories

The location is very close to the station but the 4-person room is really small. Probably if you open two 29-inch suitcases completely, there won’t be much walking space. But sleeping is quite comfortable The service staff are all friendly, young and handsome. Everyone I meet can communicate in English
