The location is very good, many shops & restaurant nearby the hotel. The service is good. Unlucky, the lift was damaged in the first day when we check-in. The staff is very helpful to send our luggage to our rooms by stair. Work hard!! The room temperature is high as the capacity of A/C is small in such a big room.

It was very good The location was good and there was a washing machine, which was helpful. I would like to use it again. thank you very much.

It's rare to have such a big room and such a big bed in Akasaka

The location is great. The three subway stations were close, so I could go to most places at once. There were 5 beds, including a sofa bed, so it was good for families to stay. There is no breakfast buffet restaurant, but the convenience store is right in front of you, so it was better to buy it and eat it. It was a pity that the wifi was a bit slow.
