The hotel have a pool and private beach. The room is spacious and clean, have a bathub, balcony with beautiful seaview. There are playground for kids, pool, bird park, and you can join the kids activity such as feeding fish, swim in the sea, playing kanoe or kayak king. Breakfast so good and so many varian. Service and staff is excellent, polite and helpful. Very satisfied we can stay at Lampung Marriot Resort & Spa. Hope we can back to stay again 🙏🏻

Manager is irresponsible / unresponsive When I ordered food at Way Manom ​​restaurant in the afternoon around 5 pm on 17-8-2024, I ordered 2 types of food (grilled corn and pizza) 1 type of drink (detox juice) after waiting for about 20 minutes the waiter came without bringing the food and drink that I ordered saying that the pizza variant that I ordered (skipjack) was not available, I asked why it was not conveyed the first minute I ordered the waiter said that the kitchen had just said now, then I asked how many more minutes I had to wait and said 10 minutes, I was still patient waiting by changing the pizza variant to mushroom, and it turned out that 10 minutes had passed and my order still had not arrived, in the end I went to the restaurant and it turned out that the corn had just been taken from the refrigerator and then grilled ... it would be better if the kitchen is overwhelmed with orders, don't accept any more orders, just stop the service. For the manager on duty at night on the same date, I told the truth about how I felt about the service at Way Manom ​​Restaurant, the female manager seemed very understanding and said that she would give us a cake the next day as compensation, but you know what…she was just giving us a fake hope aka php…better you don’t say anything at all about that.

Not all facilities can be enjoyed. Because most have to be paid again except for the swimming pool, beach and seeing animals. The price with the view offered is reasonable. Gym must wear shoes if you don't bring them, the hotel does not provide these facilities so they cannot be used. The spa room is also not yet available.

The quality of Marriott Resort is guaranteed. The breakfast is very good and the waiters are well staffed. There is no pressure to consume lunch and dinner in the store. Each meal costs less than 100 yuan per person and you can eat very well. In addition, this place is far away from the tourist area. The beach and swimming pool are basically reserved on weekdays. The overall experience is very good.
