On other platform, it states the deposit RM200 but on trip there's none. I booked the capsule ones, for female dorm. The toilet was moldy, the ceiling is full of mold, for those who are allergic to mold please avoid this particular capsule dorm. Turns out theres an Indian tenant for 2 years that's very rude. Forcing herself into the toilet early in the morning while I was using it & complain that I was disrupting her morning schedule before work. Very rude & fussy tenant. Her stuff is full at the sliding door. Has no sense of respect as if you don't pay for your stay there. She also wears shoes inside the dorm so for muslims female that want to utilize the space for solat please remember it's not suitable. The capsule bed doesn't have a door / lock so basically it's not safe. For better security capsule I recommend luma casa hotel, their capsule has locks & solid doors. The manager / housekeeping will open the door without knocking so have to be extra aware of your privacy.

Aweful accomodation

I didn't sleep because I ordered a room but the money was not returned
