Very good experience, front desk staffs are very good and friendly for suggestions; housekeeping staffs are cooperative.. Front office staffs are good , Ms.Pooja was friendly and cooperative, all over good experience , clean room as well

Nice hotel with all the facilities and front office person are so good especially pooja madam a nice person nice kerala style food room is very clean when ever I come to Dubai I recommend fortune hotels hotel fair is also good all the treatment is nice
