The hotel is very nice. You must drive to there. Staff are very friendly and polite. It has restaurant, lounge with free coffee and tea. Room has 2 hot spring, inside and outside each. It also provide cleansing oil, moisture milk etc. Cuisine are delicious.

Located in a rural area, the hotel may not offer the convenience of a nearby convenience store, but it serves as an excellent retreat to escape the hustle and bustle of city life. The food's presentation is visually pleasing, although its taste is somewhat ordinary. On a positive note, the hotel provides the delightful experience of both indoor and outdoor onsen facilities, which we thoroughly savored.

There are private indoor and open air onsen in our room. The dinner and breakfast are serve in a private separate room.

a very lovely stay at hanamura. staff were very friendly and welcoming. the private onsen was really good. the place is not easily assessible by public transport but not a problem if you have a car.

Well facilities

I've been to Kurokawa Onsen a few times, but this was my first time at Oda Onsen. The indoor bath in the room is available 24 hours a day, so I used the large public bath right after checking in and the next morning. At night, I used the bath in my room. My skin became so smooth and silky. There were a few other inns nearby, but they were all separate buildings. It was quiet and I was able to relax. The staff told me there was nothing nearby, but it was nice and different from the bustling tourist destination of Kurokawa Onsen. We ate in a private room, and enjoyed the kaiseki cuisine. I told them in advance that I don't like raw meat, so they prepared a substitute for Kumamoto's specialty horse meat, which I was very happy with. I would like to stay here again if I have the chance.

A traditional Japanese-style hot spring hotel. The location is a bit remote and I almost didn't find it. The environment is very good and the hot springs are also very good. The public bath actually has two floors. The dinner is also very rich. The breakfast is a traditional Japanese breakfast and the service is very good. This is a hotel where you can arrive early and take your time.

It was very good to stay in Room 35. It has a large space and two pools. The ventilation is very good. The only drawback is that the bathing area has signs of use and the interior of the room also has a sense of age, but overall it is comfortable. This time the package comes with dinner and breakfast. The dinner is about 70% suitable for the appetite, and the breakfast is about 50%. The dining room environment is very good. The service staff are also very kind and polite, and they can speak English. Overall, it costs NT$10,000 a night, with one hotel room and two meals. I happened to stay at Yufuin’s Kai for one night during this trip. In comparison, this hotel with a full meal has a high CP value.

The environment is beautiful. There are 2 large outdoor baths and a cave hot spring for men and women to use alternately. Because each room has a separate bath and there were only 5 pairs of guests that day, I went to the large bath three times and did not encounter other guests. Breakfast and dinner are very rich. Because it is far away from Kurokawa Onsen Street, it is more suitable for self-driving travel.

I am extremely satisfied with the service attitude of the hotel staff. The food in the hotel is delicious and suitable for a leisure vacation.
