The hotel is a little bit old but it has a very good location and customer service. The front desk is very helpful and English speaking. I paid additionally to upgrade my room to executive room, the top of the building, quiet and cozy. However , the furnitures are old and look not very clean. The room size is still fine compared to other traditional hotel in Japan.

Very friendly and helpful staffs. I stayed for 7 nights and everything in the room was perfectly fine to suit my needs, room wasn’t big but wise sized and cozy enough for me as a solo traveler. Excellent location easy accessible to all sightseeing spots, MRT stations are couple minutes away. Kabukicho is 5 mins walk, large amount of shops and restaurants nearby. A convenient store on G/F and you can grab food and drink easily. The only demerit is, it’s too close to Kabukicho and there’re bars right next to the hotel thus it’s always busy and crowded, you might have to pay more attention at night when walking back to hotel.

Location is close to transit but this is in the red light district. Super noisy at night. Hotel is pretty dated and dingy. Furniture is all dinged up, marks on the walls. Carpet is pretty nasty in the room. Not to mention a smell in the rooms, even after changing the room the smell doesn’t change. Bathroom has black mold. Unfortunately even the hair dryer was grommet. It is not pleasant. During our stay there was a pest issue and it required pest control. Which was never communicated until we entered the room and read the notice. This is definitely not a 3 star hotel. More like 1.5 stars. Staff is nice but unfortunately was unable to provide any assistance other than a room change. I guess the hotel is convenient if you can tolerate the grimmeyness and would want to pay extra for this hole in the wall experience go for it. I definitely recommend literally anywhere else. Great location with lots of restaurants and bars nearby. A bit walk from subway stations. Good service with English speaking staff. Safe and clean hotel. Lawson is just downstairs with delicious dessert.

Location was great, but a bit expensive, night life is in the same street.

Location of this hotel is about 10-15 min away from shinjuku sanchome station. The underground can link you to a pink line station but just got to walk. Amenities is abit little and right Infront of the counter. Overall was quite ok, just don't be bad luck in having bad room neighbours around as they might slam the door so hard and affect your sleep at night

Terrible, the worst hotel I've ever stay at Japan. Pls do not book this hotel. Location: it's located right opposite of nightclubs, bars and pimp bars. It's very rowdy and noisy at night even we stay at level 13. Every night you will see black people loitering around the nightclub areas. Room: we booked and paid for the premium twin bed room. Photos show the twin bed is joined together with study and bed side table at the side (from the attached last photo from hotel website). The room given to us was totally different from photos. The room given to us was with 2 separate twin beds with bedside table in the middle which the table cannot be moved due to the electrical wiring. We have to joined the beds on our own and we reinstated the beds before we checked out. The carpet is old and dusty, bedside table poorly maintain, cracked basin, dirty and scratched walls, old and not working well air-conditioning. Pillows were small and dirty. Nearby Amenities: There's Lawson right below the hotel. You have to walk to the opposite street for more food. The money exchange machine at hotel lobby level 3 has higher rates than any other area. Level 3 (receptionist) and Level 1 is not connected. Have to take separate lift at level 3 to access to level 1. Hotel provides Yamato Transport Service. Have to bring your luggage down 1day in advance and receptionist will arrange the delivery to your next destination to be arrive by next day afternoon. Overall experience, overall hotel room and interior is very rundown in comparison to the price we pay. With the same price I can stay at better hotels. Difficult to sleep at night due to noise from nightclubs, bars, police cars and ambulance siren. Pls do not waste your $$$ to stay at this rundown hotel. Its not even worth a 3star from me. Don't know why this hotel has such high reviews but in reality it's like a rundown budget dirty and poorly maintained hotel.

Great location with just 8 mins walk to shinjuku JR station which is accessible through the underground walkway which is easier when pulling luggage. staffs are friendly and rooms are great for the price. There is a lawson below the hotel which is great!

Love this hotel..spacious enough given most hotels in Japan are small in size. Near train station and near eateries and convenience shop.

Amazing experience lovely hotel with great service and clean rooms.

The location was perfect, right in the buzzling area full of restaurants with train station nearby. However the room is not really well maintained and a lil bit old.

I have booked a king bed but was given a queen and both my wife and I have to squeeze on the bed. Bad experience but locarion was good. Overall, wont go back to this hotel again.
