location is good , very easy to access all metro routes by walk, but there are many rules to follow, as a forigner, it is not easy to follow, such as check in time should after 5:00pm as it is mentioned 3:00pm on my booking, then you have to go out every day before 10am, otherwise your room wouldnt be clean up , and during 10am - 5pm every single day , you need to go out, in between you can not get in your room or pay extra for this, it is so weird. i would not recommend this hotel to my friend.

As most of the reviewers commented were spot on. Location is great. Room is very small, but that's typical in Japan. There is 2 coined laundry. Washer is 300¥ and the dryer is 100¥. Needs exact coin change. Washer Auto adds detergent. Room is clean. The check-in counter there are a few employees that aren't friendly at all. Not sure because I'm English speaking. And most of the employees here does not speak English. The manager at first weren't very friendly, but once I joked with him a bit he loosen up. But very limited English. Check in time is after 3pm. You can leave your luggage if you came early, but you can't take anything out or they'll charge you I recall 550¥ before your check-in time. The house thing is, they'll bring your luggage to your room by the time you you came back after 3pm. Check out time is at 10am!!! That's right! 10am! Every hour after they'll charge you if you are in your room after 10am. If you want to do leave your luggage after after you checked out, they'll charge you, it's 550¥. It isn't free as it mentioned on here. My room, the TV is a projector to the wall using Google TV. They'll leave you with 2 keys and a phone. They specifically, ask me not to call them. Only message them through the phone they left me. If you want your room to be cleaned, you'll need to bring both keys and the phone to the counter before 10am. You will be asked not to come back to the room till after 3pm.

We booked two rooms. The overall impression was that the space was quite small. Those who can't tolerate the noise from the elevated highway should probably reconsider. The service was actually acceptable.

I made a reservation for check-in from 3pm, but the front desk told me it would start at 5pm, so I had to wait. Afterwards, I saw other people checking in, so I showed them the reservation sheet with the check-in and check-out times, but they insisted that Trip.com had told me to check in at 5pm, and that the hotel was not at fault. It's a shame that this hotel prioritized their own claims even though they had a customer in a difficult position. I will never stay here again.

In summary, there are several points that I am very dissatisfied with: 1) The wind speed of the air conditioner is uneven, sometimes strong and sometimes weak. The wind speed is uneven. It is equipped with a direct-blowing curtain (venetian blinds), which will blow the blinds against the head of the bed, making a banging sound, which is very disturbing. 2) The hotel is not soundproof. There is a road outside the window. At night, the sound of vehicles driving by is very loud, which affects sleep. 3) The left side of the mattress is higher than the right side, and you can feel the difference when you lie down. The bedding was very rough and made the skin uncomfortable. 4) The receptionist downstairs spoke very poor English and was lazy in communication. He was unwilling to use a translator and just spoke Japanese crazily, making it impossible to communicate. In addition, he was unwilling to help me make a restaurant reservation by phone, even though I had explained to him that I had already made the call, but the other party didn't understand. I wanted the staff to help me tell the reservation time in Japanese, but the staff was unwilling to do so. 5) Check-in at 2:45. Even though there was a room available, the guest was made to wait with luggage until 3 o'clock before checking in. This was very inflexible. 

It was conveniently located near Tokyo Station, but the room was extremely small. There was no TV, but although I could watch it on the injector, I couldn't watch terrestrial TV. The front desk staff were very helpful.

Although it was said to be close to Tokyo Station, it actually felt a bit far when walking. However, I thought it was refreshing that the hotel had a projector instead of a TV, and that the room would be great for people who want to watch on a big screen.

The staff service attitude is very good, the location is good and easy to find, the environment is clean and comfortable, although the room is not very large, but the facilities and needs are very complete! !

I have stayed in so many hotels in many places, and this is a strange hotel. The main reason is that the service attitude is very bad. It was the first time in my life that someone called me "get out". I just told him that I hoped to check in quickly because it was very late. Why are you impatient to listen to him and want to hurry up? Because this hotel has many, many requirements and conditions! To give you an example, room cleaning must be carried out at a certain time point. If you don't comply with it, you won't even think about changing the towels you used today. You have to give the key to the front desk first and change a card before you can clean it. Hygiene...sounds weird? By the way, if you don’t check out before 12 o’clock, you will be charged a detention fee... Isn’t it also very impersonal? The corridor of the room can only be opened by pushing the door. The room is huge and the bathroom is so small that it is suffocating. The waiters are also petty. Since I booked the hotel for a friend, it told me to "get out" and I didn't argue with it. After all, I booked the hotel for 5 days and was afraid that my friend would be bullied. I won’t stay here again. It’s a small day and a small hotel. Goodbye (poor)

The hotel staff are very polite and have a good service attitude. They also show guests to their rooms. The hotel location is convenient. The only drawback is that the room is so thin that it cannot be spread flat even if a large suitcase is used.
