Friendly and helpful staff, location near train station and many shop.

Close to the Shinjuku but when I arrived at the hotel on 28 Dec 23 They ask to make me pay 500Yen more to check-in if i want to check in right now(around 17:00)i need to pay 500 Yen if i dont i need to check in 10pm its ok to pay more but in my booking it didnt tell me that i need to pay extra but i can check-in from 15:00 28 Dec.

Convenient location just 3 min walk to train station

I think the biggest obstacle is that you have to climb stairs from the ground floor to the second floor. The facilities are not extremely clean, but they are not unpleasant, and the location is really good.

There is no elevator between the first and second floors of the hotel, and you need to go up the stairs, which is a little inconvenient if you have a big suitcase. In addition, the hotel should be a bit old, the hygiene is OK, but it has a bit of old smell.

The location is excellent, just turn right from Shin-Okubo Station and walk for less than five minutes. There are many Chinese stores around.

Shin-Okubo JR is downstairs, with convenient transportation and many supermarkets, one of which is very cheap. The hotel environment is also very good
