Anyway, the location is great. I had a comfortable time. You can hear noise from the hallway, but it's not a problem.

The location wasn't bad, but it was too old and I couldn't relax. There was a limited amount of time that I could leave my luggage, so I had to look around for a locker.

Rooms were of sufficient size for 1 adult and 2 kids. Rooms were clean and service was great. Highly recommend for an economical space while in Tokyo. Location is very convenient to two train stations.

Nice area but hotel is old and small. More like a backpacker hostel. Doesn’t look like the picture at all

Close to the Shinjuku but when I arrived at the hotel on 28 Dec 23 They ask to make me pay 500Yen more to check-in if i want to check in right now(around 17:00)i need to pay 500 Yen if i dont i need to check in 10pm its ok to pay more but in my booking it didnt tell me that i need to pay extra but i can check-in from 15:00 28 Dec.

One kilometer away from Kabukicho, walk there. The room is relatively old and so-so.

Staff was quick and respectable.

Area is very close to Metro station and many activities. Bathroom out of the 80s, but everything works fine, blast from the past. Comfortable pillows and bed. Just enough space for luggage. The guest lounge is more of just a room to microwave your food so that's all we used it for. After the stairs to get to check in there is an elevator so it helps. I would stay here again.

Convenient location just 3 min walk to train station

Convenience store, supermarket, in front of the station. I don't want to go to restaurants Because there are not two keys It was a little scary.

The exterior is old, but the interior is well maintained. The lobby is on the second floor, so it's a hassle to carry bags up and down.

음.. 한국으로 따지면 모텔..? 분위기가 한국의 모텔보다 조금 못한것같아요. 하지만 깨끗해요. 그냥 묘하게 분위기가 그렇게 느껴지더라고요. 하지만 역이랑 진짜 가깝고, 한국인 직원분이 상주하고 계셔서 편했고 친절합니다. 아 그리고 근처에 한식당이 많아요
