Slightly longer walk from ueno station . Room size is good enough to open two luggages . Staff is helpful and friendly

The location is ok but it is difficult to find someone in the counter for help to have cleaning for the room.

Hotel location is about 15mins from Ueno station. Restaurants and shops are 15-20mins walk distance. Would recommend for budget travelers who want easy access to long distance train travel through Ueno Station

Small room

The room is exactly the same as the pictures. It is spacious enough for one person. It has a refrigerator and air conditioner. My 24-inch suitcase can be spread out. A bigger suitcase is also OK. You can see the Tokyo Skytree on the road next to the hotel. It is very close to the Ginza Line. If you are willing to walk, you can also walk to Ueno Station or Ueno Park. It is not far.

Facilities: All basic facilities are available, including bathtub, electric toilet, Hygiene: Cleaning once every four days Environment: There are no convenience stores nearby, and the location for eating is not easy to find. It is also quite far from the station. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to Ueno Station. Service: No Chinese service Not cost-effective, the price is not very cheap, the room is small

Room cleaning service is not provided as standard. There weren't enough towels so I had to dry them before using them, which was inconvenient. The hotel was very small and offered minimal service. There was nothing satisfying about being able to walk from the station. The hotel has no facilities other than lodging, so it is considered a one-star hotel.

The room is spacious and clean, and has everything you need. When you open the door, there is a sky tree view! The hotel is conveniently located and there is a 24-hour supermarket nearby. You are not afraid of getting hungry in the middle of the night. It is highly recommended for solo travelers. I will choose ELE again next time I go to Tokyo👍🏻
