We’re a family of 4, staying 9 nights at the Pullman Tamachi in 2 adjoining rooms. Our experience of the hotel and in particular staff was exceptional. We were generously granted early check in and a very late check out (possibly helped by my Diamond All.Accor status) which made our day of arrival and departure that more easy to manage. Thank you Jakapun (Director of rooms) The rooms were generous in size, very well appointed and laid out. The breakfast in the main restaurant was great with a nice variety of options. Staff were attentive and food was replenished as needed. The location was perfect for us, metres from the main train line linking the busiest stations, yet far way from the hustle to offer a much-needed sanctuary, highlighted by the roof top garden, terrace and executive lounge. Biggest praise goes to the staff of the executive lounge, led by Jordan and Masa and their great support staff. I have yet to see staff anywhere in the world offer the levels of service they all provided during our stay. From asking questions about what we like and had in mind, to offering options, making reservations and sending frequent emails with listed itinerary and instructions, they made our experience in Tokyo a memorable one for my family. Their attention to detail, enthusiasm and pleasure in hearing we had a great day based on their recommendations, made the difference. The hotel is very fortunate to have staff like you all. My family and I truly thank you for your exceptional service and memorable holiday experience. Looking forward to returning in the near future.

My stay at Oakwood was excellent. The room is spacious - including the bathroom and with kitchen and washing machine facilities. The room was very clean, including all the kitchenware and bathroom. My stay was extremely comfortable. The location is very close to the Metro station, and a few min walk to the azabu juban area with lots of shops, supermarket and restaurants. I also have to commend that the staff and concierge at the hotel are extremely helpful and responsive, they helped with my various requests promptly. I stayed in 2 different rooms, one of the rooms had the view of Tokyo tower. I will definitely be back!

There are many positive things to say about this hotel, the space is huge for a Tokyo hotel, very clean, and the location is more than excellent. However, am extremely disappointed and displeased by the service that was provided by a female Caucasian staff member of the team. Of our 7 days of stay here, we have only tried to make a single request, which was to make a restaurant reservation on the 21/5 in Hokkaido as I could not read or speak Japanese so I require assistance from the team. She initially wanted to dismiss me as soon as possible until a Japanese colleague came to assist us. Provided us with a restaurant reservation form and we filled it. Thereafter, she said she cannot reserve for us because the date of reservation is after the date that we are staying at. Firstly, this is such a simple request and I only made it because I’m unable to do so myself due to the language barrier. Secondly, I was appalled by her laziness and attitude when conversing with us. I have never encountered such horrible service by a hotel concierge in my life before, many others would be glad and happy to assist with such a simple request.

Centrally located but not easy to find if it's your first time as it's not located at ground level. So far this is the only hotel (out of a total of 4 hotels for my trip) that comes with international AC socket. There are amenities located within the building (various restaurants and convenience stall). Smoking facilities available @ level 6, however, it's a small booth (instead of open-air) type which may stink up your clothing if there are multiple smokers at the same instance.

The room was not totally cleaned up. During our 5 nights stay, there were 2 days that complimentary water was not given. The reception is at the 15th floor and we had to carry all our luggages up then bring it down to the lower floora where the guest rooms were. Overall, it was still a very pleasant stay

Until 3 days ago, the FS on Koh Samui was in a terrible eye. But my husband, ”Why do you like Grand Hyatt?” I wondered if it was the number one in Tokyo, the number one in Japan, the number one in the world, ”Well, so I don't think I'm satisfied wherever I stay.” (I like Mr. Aman too) The club lounge was overseas without passports because the customer base returned. There is a dignified air in Ray, and everyone at the Grand Club, I swelled my stomach to the fullest in the club lounge (this time it was 20 years １ delicious). When did you lose money? I really loved this hotel. It was a stones throw away from the Shinjuku train station. The room, although very small was very comfortable and cosy. I'd recommend getting breakfast from the top floor. The food was delicious and a great start to the day, also the view from the top floor would just motivate you to go out and get ready to explore. When I am back in Tokyo I will be staying in this hotel again

Clean room and bath room. Situated within distance frimn JR Shinjuku. Like 20min walk. . Friendly and helpful reception. Stayed here for 2nights. Will book this hotel again !
